Republic Services

I use Republic Service for both business and residential. Business- My contact Brook really goes above and beyond her job to make sure our company is taken care of. They are affordable, on time, and have great customer service. If I need an extra pick up or need to move my pick up day around they are always willing to make it happen. Residential- On time and great customer service. When I missed my pick up they helped me get it pick up within the next 3 days (again this was my fault and they still helped me). When my dumpster was damaged they swapped it out over the next week. Republic Service A+++++

Our business office made the switch to Republic Services several years ago, and they have been excellent to work with ever since. Brooke goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and satisfied with our service. She has been one of the most responsive and attentive reps I have ever worked with from any business. We plan to continue our business with them for a long time.

My trash can was not in correct position to be picked up. Not only did they call to let us know but also cane back & picked it up. Thank you for your service!

All the time "some how missing my garbage can". Not worth paying for, but no other option.

Republic empties my household trash can. Every single week I come home to find my can laying on it's back in my front yard. Today the can was still full of trash AND laying on it's back. The service is very poor.

Edit: 6 months later, I have changed my star rating to three stars from the previous one. This year has shown a big improvement and I have been satisfied with my service lately. Keep up the good work, guys!

I've been waiting tomorrow will be 4 weeks for my garbage can I've called every week once to twice a day...STILL NO GARBAGE CAN. I'd very much appreciate my delivery fee back and I'll just come pick it up myself.

Spoke to three different ladies and every single one was horribly rude!
Getting charged for a pick up day and they still haven’t delivered a can is absolutely ridiculous! And they don’t want to change it, two ladies sent me to change it because my “pick up” day started today even thought they still haven’t delivered a can. “It’s third party”. Either way yall have failed to bring me a can and choose to charge me for a pickup day and not refund my money.
To say i miss Jackson county already and I’ve barely lived in Marshall county for a couple of days is an understatement!

Three weeks in a row I have had issues, once they didn't pick it up and when I waved the drive down, he just drove off. The next week the cans were in the ditch and just today somehow one can was thrown or dragged backwards 50-60 ft. These guys have zero pride or a care for property.

It has been over a year and I still don’t have a lock on my container but still get charged for it every month. I had complained multiple times by email, phone calls, and even been to the local office In Albertville and yet nothing has been done. Random people still throwing their trash in our containers and they don’t care.Horrible experience for over a year. I wish there were other services out there. If you can avoid using their service do it. Customers service is horrible, they don’t take care of their customers.

Idk any other employees that can just choose what time to start work themselves, SMH, there needs to be a supervisor telling the trash pick up folks what time they have to start every single week!!!! RUN at the same time EVERY WEEK!! Your employees are awful!!!! Most weeks it's 10 am or later before they run, but every time it rains, it's like they spitefully run real early, knowing people don't have their trash out yet!! I think they do it because they know very few people have set the cans out yet, so they can fly by everyone's houses, (and believe me they fly) without stopping their job will be done in no time and they can start their weekend!! Yall have the worse employees ever, there's no reason yall should decide to run at 7 am one week when normally it's well into the day

Terrible customer service! Never replaced my 16 year old Dumpster and then when I requested to cancel they didn't come pick it up for a month at least until I said remove it from my property or I will remove it myself. Currently still waiting for it to be moved! The supervisor I dealt with would not call me back and ignored some of my emails until I sent email that said if she didn't not Call me I was going above her! And then they said they would bill me for damages to the 16 year old Dumpster! TERRIBLE COMPANY

We have a new trash company ADSI now for trash removal in Arab,we still have trash cans all over Arab from republic who lost the contract with the city back in May 1st 2024,they still haven't come and removed 80% of their cans throughout the city,even with city hall sending a pickup list to them,it's now August 26th 2024 and their all still here,sitting at the end of driveways and roads,we all want these removed
