Amazing Amy and she is amazing did an outstanding job in a number ways helping me today. She was friendly and courteous. Knowledgeable but not to knowledgeable because she explained the information I needed to me in a format that I was able to understand. She is a credit to Verizon.

Megan was the most helpful person I’ve ever had help me at Verizon, she knew exactly what she was doing, extremely friendly, funny as well and just overall an amazing experience will be requesting her every time I go in

Amy was very nice to us when we contacted her by phone, when we still were having trouble she asked us to come to the store even though it was about to close. She stayed over time to set up my phone. She was very kind and polite. We really appreciated her professionalism as she went out of her way to help us.

I went into the location with some technical issues and was instantly greeted by Amy and Adi. Got to work with Amy and she is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will visit again in the future!

Adi was a big help at the Oakville store. My DIL was told by a corporate office/store in Brentwood (Johnny)he couldn’t help her activate her phone. So she travelled to South County to get her phone activated. The Brentwood store should be ashamed of themselves.
