Chick-fil-A

First time at a Chick-fil-A. I was definitely impressed. Gave four stars for atmosphere only because of how busy it was, although it was very organized and well-managed. All of the staff were very polite and welcoming, even in this heat. A young man named Elijah took my order and he was an absolute gentleman.

Very crowded, but very good. Quick service and very courteous. There was some ketchup on the rail in the ordering line but that was probably from the business of the day so I just wiped it up myself.

Known for their drive-thru service it was nice to eat in. Service inside was great and the pimento chicken sandwich is tasty.

It’s my second time trying Chick-fil-A. On the way there, my friends were praising the place, and it truly deserves their compliments. The spicy chicken and grilled chicken are highly recommended

Susan, Catering Director, and the lady who was Manager on Duty on 5/16 were fantastic! They were kind, full-of-life and very helpful in helping fulfill my large catering order. Will be coming back here again!

Went inside as it wasn't busy but didn't want to slow down the drive-thru as I only wanted a ice cream cone. Unwrapped the cone paper and ate on the truck. A couple miles away, took a big bite out of the cone and had a mouth full of paper. The person making it had snapped of the next cone leaving the base in paper inside the other cone. Took off some cone from the other side so you can see the paper there with their emblem on it.

There was a young guy there who gave me my food through the drive thru and he said “Jesus loves you” ❤ Thank you for that! He definitely made my day! 🫶

Great service. Great food. Layout of the drive through, parking and store makes it congested.

This location is closer to us and they are friendlier when it comes to customer service. My son's spicy chicken was made fresh.

The food as always was good.
The customer experience though was sub par for this location. They were not at capacity, food took almost 15 minutes to arrive. Only a 8 piece grilled, and a chicken tortilla soup. We are sure it's a off night.
Going back as we really enjoy Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A has it down. Every single location knows what they are doing and makes for a fantastic meal every time.

Amy the manager was a delight to come across she had it going on and was on top of it and even went out of the way to help us redeem points!!

After seeing the TV ads I just had to go and try the seasonal peppermint shake and let me tell you it exceeded my expectation!! This shake was all that with yummy pieces of peppermint and whip cream my only disappointment was that I ordered a small shake instead of a large!!

The staff here are great. I made a mistake on making a mobile order to the Beechwood location instead of this location. Despite being 5 minutes from closing, the team contacted the Beechwood location, made the COMPLETE meal, and handed to me right at closing, all with a smile. Special shout out to Connor who personally took care of my order. He showed leadership, teamwork, and PHENOMENAL customer service. This location is efficient and will take great care of your needs!!!
