Avery groomed my dog, and she did a wonderful job. My little boy has never looked so pretty. If you go ask for her, she is the best!

We just adopted Tommy from PetSmart they work with 4paws shelter. What an amazing experience. We are so happy to have him in our life. They were so nice at PetSmart and they gave us a coupon booklet with all sorts of free goodies for our new kitten. I highly recommend them for all of your pet needs. Every time we go in there you always get a warm welcome and excellent service. We just lost both of our cats after 17 and 19 years during the pandemic and it was such a relief to bring new life into our home. All of the employees at the Bourne PetSmart were so nice to us during this difficult time. Samantha is a gem and they are lucky to have her as an employee.

EDIT 8/24: This was previously a 1 star review. After visiting recently, I was *overjoyed* at what I saw!! The tanks were pristine. All fish were calm, happy, and well fed. I didn’t see a single dead fish, which, having worked in a corporate pet store, I know is the result of careful attention. I asked an employee to communicate how stoked I was about the fish team’s work, and I hope it went through! I am so grateful to see this improvement, and I wanted it you guys to know how glad I am to have this Petsmart down the road. Any place that responds this well to constructive criticism should be lauded!!

I want to begin this review by stating I am a Treats member- I got all of my gear for my dogs at Petsmart, and usually enjoy popping in to see their fish selection. I genuinely hope this is a freak occurrence at this location, but what I saw when looking at the fish today genuinely sickened me.

A panda corydora corpse that was almost completely covered by snails. Three veiled angelfish rotting in their tank. I couldn't even tell what one fish was due to the level of decomposition it was at. Cloudy, rotting shrimp. Another tank of albino cories wall-riding frantically. Random goldfish everywhere. Guppy fry in a male guppy tank (that one is much harder to prevent, so it's understandable). Some tanks were filthy, and none of them were illuminated.

I wouldn't have said anything if I had noticed one or two fish had passed away- that's expected. And, as this Petsmart only had two employees I could see, perhaps this issue could be better addressed by more staffing? Someone told me the dead fish should have been removed that morning, but some had clearly been there longer than that.

I am now hesitant to follow through on my dog's grooming appointment if this is the standard of care Petsmart has for its animals. Hopefully, again, this was an isolated incident, but I will not be purchasing fish from this Petsmart nor will I go out of my way to visit this location in future.

Kaelyn is an amazing groomer!!!! The grooming manager at petsmart in hyannis doesn't like me and after my dog was hit by a car refuses to have anyone work on her. It took me over 2yrs to find someone such as kaelyn and others at bourne petsmart to groom my siberian husky. who has a clean bill of health. She even did the proper training for doing the nails by not giving in like petsmart in hyannis does. She properly helps train the dog for grooming which is what theyre supposed to do. She even told me how to fix the grinch feet incase I can't make it in due to my busy schedual. Of course I'll be going back when my schedual allows me to. She did an amazing job working with my dog and even knew she was a typical husky! My girl is over due I need to schedual for a pawdicure real soon

Amelia, is an amazing groomer. She goes above and beyond to make the pups comfortable that she is working with and I appreciate that and this is why she is my pups groomer I won’t have no one except Amelia groom them!

i take my lola girl to be groomed here all the time and i must shout morgen out!! she's such a great groomer and is always consistent. my baby always looks beautiful and clean every time i get her back!! thank you so much!!

My schnauzer has the best groomer ever. Kiera is knowledgable, professional and an expert on schnauzer cuts. Lambchop enjoys her spa day . O

My dog Shadow (German Shepard) has been going to this petsmart since he was 10 weeks old for training. He just graduated his intermediate training and we can’t wait to work with Sammy for our advanced training. Sammy is absolutely amazing we looked for other trainers before finding her and she was the only one who explained everything to us! She’s so patient, kind, and whenever you feel like giving up she gives you different advice that will work better with your pup. I’ve been to this store for other pet needs as well and I’ve never had a bad experience. I live in Wareham but would rather go to this store than my local pet store.

My dog loves to get pampered there and all groomers are very friendly and professional!

Brought my dog Smokey in last week. AMAZING grooming. Highly recommend the FURminator for long hair dogs. Staff was terrific, very professional (all) and made sure he felt very at ease. 5 star for sure!

Can be hard to get in and out of due to roundabout, definitely worth it though, especially the grooming department! Awesome groomers at this location, they go above and beyond to achieve just what you ask of them.

me and my puppy love this petsmart!! they are always so sweet and helpful, giving advice on food and other things i have questions on. i had to return something, and felt bad that i didn't have my receipt, but tiffany at the cashier was so patient, and made sure we found the receipt on the computer so i could return my item. i will be continuing to go to the bourne petsmart!!

We had such a great experience here getting our 3yo husky groomed. Laura was amazing and made us and our pup feel so comfortable. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Honestly I was surprised to get such good service from a big chain, the service feels much more like a small neighborhood shop.

We arrived just an hour before closing to get a few fish for our new tank. Every single employee treated us with the utmost respect and they were very knowledgeable, sharing every tip they had for the particular fish we purchased. The young woman who assisted us in the fish department was beyond courteous, she was genuinely helpful. Thank you for the phenomenal service!!!!

This is the best PetSmart location. It has the best selection - I guess it's a bit bigger than other ones I've been to? It impressed me, and I wish I'd had more time to browse because I would have loved to shop the grooming tools section in particular. They had a lot of choices of everything I could want.
We came specifically for a 30" soft-sided crate and mat, and that's what we left with, but I'd love to come back when I'm not in a time crunch to shop around more.
Every section had a lot of options - it's probably good for my wallet that I had a limited time there. I'll definitely be back!

These groomers are the best! My dog is not a very easy dog to groom, but she always enjoys her time with Morgan. From nose to tail, the grooms are always very professional and clean. Would recommend to anyone!

I like this store better than other PetSmarts I have shopped. The staff is more helpful and friendlier. They always have the particular rabbit food that my pet prefers. I wish it was easier to get in and out of the plaza it's in, that is my only gripe.

I've been a huge fan of Petsmart for a while now but I convinced my mom to use this location for her pup and she was so impressed and happy with her experience! This was mine and my pups first time and we had a wonderful experience with everyone we interacted with!!! Will definitely be back and definitely recommend.

The grooming salon is 5 star, the store is 5 star. Always clean and the workers are so nice. Morgan in grooming absolutely amazed me with her skill on my dog! I’ve only had the dog for a month now after being rescued and she was so gentle to him and took her time making sure he looked perfect! Kobe also loved her which is extra points!
