McCaela was super helpful with an offnominal request of wiring money. She not only was immediately knowledgeable about the process but gave me tips, and knew to make sure the receiving bank didn't have a SPECIAL routing number for wire transfers (which it DID!). She was really awesome and kept us updated on progress of the transfer. Very appreciative to have had her help.

I usually do my banking online but when I do visit the Madison Hwy 72 location they are efficient and friendly. Thanks Redstone!!

Came in to open an account and send money to my mom. The teller Whitney was awesome and patient with me while I was on the phone. She told me about a checking account I could also open for my daughter that I didn’t know about. I got to Sharon’s office and she helped me open 3 accounts for myself and the account for my daughter. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was an over all great customer experience and they both gave me excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Sooo let me tell you about my trip to Redstone. I have 4 kids 3 under 2 and today I had to take them into the redstone with me. If you have kids you know this is not an easy task ! I was so moved about the way that Ashley and Cynthia helped with my kids and allowed me to conduct my business ! They provided crayons , color sheets and toys ! Ashley allowed my nosey daughter to help and even allowed me to go to the car to grab paperwork ! This by far the best trip to redstone I ever had ! I am greatly appreciative to be apart of the redstone family and this will be the only redstone I ever go to. I am truely thankful to the employees of Redstone on 72 and if I could give more stars I definitely would ! Thank you again ladies for everything !

Had an amazing experience opening an account with Cynthia today!! I am fairly new to the area, but heard great things about Redstone, and after having bad luck with banks in the past, decided to open a new account with Redstone today! I walked in and Cynthia was SO nice, she was so quick to answer all my questions about different types of checking and savings accounts, and she was so knowledgeable!! I absolutely would recommend this credit union to others, and this branch (Cynthia especially!) in particular! Thanks again for helping me open an account!
