I had DMB drill a well for the property I am having my in-laws moving onto. DMB was very professional. I really liked the ability to ask questions from any of the guys and they would stop what they were doing and answer each question to make sure I understood each answer to the questions.
Another thing I really liked was the responsiveness of each phone call. If I left a voicemail I was receiving a call back from the owner in a matter of minutes. The longest I had to wait for an answer was 30 minutes.
Another great aspect was the scheduling, the other companies I called had a minimum of a 3 month wait (one of them was 6 months).

Lost water to the house. No local business was returning calls. DNB is a 2 hour drive. Dave sent a crew out same day and had water running for me the same day. His crew was friendly and did great work. The prices were fair, he was in a position to take advantage of me but he did not. A good sign of integrity on the owner. I will definitely use this business again.

We came home one day and had no running water. After trying everything we knew how to do, we were referred to DMB. They answered the phone which is a HUGE deal up here in the Northwoods. (We always joke that if more businesses just answered the phone, they'd be rich) It was after hours so they couldn't be out until the next day, which was fine. They were here by 8am and the water was back up and running in less than an hour. They guys were great and explained that our pressure tank switch was weak and not working right. This is the kind of professionalism and speed people expect but seldom get. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Dave and his team were great! Our well had failed and they came the same day we called. Determined our old well unrepairable and drilled and installed a new well and tank system. Now we have awesome water and water pressure. Would highly recommend this company.

A lightning strike took out the control panel for our well. I called early in the morning and received a call back before the business even opened for the day. DMB came out to our house in Rice Lake in less than two hours of calling and had a new pump controller installed and our water back to running. I highly recommend this business!

Dave came out and looked at my project right away. As soon as spring comes they will get my well done. Looking forward to working with them.
