Should be more of these restaurants in the black community stop closing down down. We do not want to continue to support. Those that do not look like us

I gave them the best service I can with my glass shop. Call me if you need me.

The line was a little long so I advised trying to go immediately when you can or go inside for faster service.

This is consistently the best McDonalds within a hundred miles. Food is always hot, and the drive thru team is always fast and accurate and always have a great attitude. All McDonalds should be this good!

As of 1/26/2024, I do not recommend this location.
Absolute abysmal service.
Rude employee discriminated against me due to a past day of service where I was dissatisfied.
That same day there was a entire lobby of customers that were dissatisfied and angry too.
I do not know the employee's name, but thanks to her i will never visit this location ever again.
Kiosks are always broken.

The new crew, amazing, they thank me, good fresh and hot food. They apologized for my wait but I didn't mind bc of how nice the ladies was at this location

Food taste good, service need improvement and the atmosphere need help back ,the young lady no pleasant look didn't do the order right ,the young man had to finish the order,u don't want to work then you need to stay at home.

Best I’ve ever experienced

The lady working drive thru was very nice. I had two orders and gave her the wrong card for the 1st order. She politely fixed the problem with no getting mad or huffing and puffing. I wasn't used to seeing that calm demeanor. Most workers these days act like your a bother instead of a customer.

I enjoyed the service and food on today! They have gotten better, this was the best I've experienced in a while from a McDonald's restaurant! The food was hot and fresh, and the cashier greeted with a smile, Good job! I will be returning..

Employee working at the drive thru 4/23, thank you for helping the bus driver get some food. She was considered that the charter bus didn’t fit in the drive thru lane and help him out. THANK YOU!!

I like it when I order a large order of food and everything in my order was correct and they fid that so I have alot of respect for this restaurant and don't let me forget the food was hot.

The 5 points west of Ensley location is way better than most I have experience. Didn't take long and accurate order.

Managers try hard to correct problems, it has a large turn over, thus mistakes, but the manager structure and their interaction with their employees and customers are awesome. Kudos for being nice and kind and treating folks how you would want treated....this is Pinky by the way...wink...hint...just in case you wanted to reward me for telling the truth...66GTO LOL

This mcdonalds is really clean. The employees were very nice. You can tell the cashier was new but he did an awesome job still.

My food is always hot and correct... The service has always been friendly and this might be the cleanest McDonald's I have seen in awhile
