Parkland Pharmacy

We are new to Parkland Pharmacy, however we feel that it has already been a GREAT switch. We LOVE the friendly staff, the individual pill packs and the fast delivery service. Also, when speaking to the Pharmacist, you can ask anything regarding your pills without feeling less intelligent. Keep up the friendly atmosphere and hard work!!

Adrienne is an absolute gem at the Parkland Pharmacy! Her dedication to providing exceptional service shines through in every interaction. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about medications and procedures, but her warmth and compassion make every visit a positive experience. Adrienne goes above and beyond to ensure that each patient receives the care and attention they deserve. Her efficiency and attention to detail streamline the process, making it easy and stress-free for everyone. I can’t thank Adrienne enough for her outstanding service and genuine kindness. She truly makes a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Since I believe most people do a terrific job, I don't often give a public rating to a particular person, but this one needs a little more recognition. Mrs. Adrienne has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful experience. She is the loveliest person I have ever met and really patient. She is so amazing that it's not even questionable whether we continue to make the extra trip; we now live out of the way, so I'm not sure whether I would continue to serve here. Parkland Pharmacy, we appreciate your wonderful service and great employees!

I love the delivery service it is a real life saver for us and the lady that takes care of our medicine I'll just call here S is wonderful. We do not run out of medicine, I don't have to call every single month to get refills, drive thru, immunizations, foot care, Medicare Part D assistance and a lot more. The service over all is top notch.

Customer service is key and Parkland Pharmacy goes above and beyond that. They offer a variety of ways to get your medications. Whether it's the sync program, the Icare packaging, or utilizing the delivery service parkland will get it done! Also have a nurse on site a few days a week to administer vaccines or injections. They offer a wide selection of over the counter drugs and other essentials. If they don't have something your looking for they can order it and usually have it by the next business day.

Shelly, Anita, Becca and Holly are great at their jobs. They are always willing to help and they get whatever is needed done to help the patients. Big Kudos to the women that make it happen!

This is a wonderful pharmacy!! No matter what I go in there for, prescriptions, questions, or to drop off an UPS package, I’m always greeted with a smile, and how may I help you? Thank you to all the happy employees who work there!!

I’ve used this pharmacy my whole life. They treat me like family and really help me keep my medications organized in a simple monthly packaging. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Never have I felt like a patient or an insurance claim. It's important to/for me to just be treated professionally yet like they've known me all my life.

Their communication via their App is absolutely perfect. Being able to watch what stage your med's are in is perfect and they're always on top of it. My wife and I came from Walgreens. I don't care how many commercials they run, it's propaganda! They cannot hold a candle to the service and personal touch we receive from Parkland Pharmacy. I know nothing about the price of medicine as some of what's covered is through insurance but I can tell you this, we never have to make a choice of whether it's medicine or food.
