Food was Hot & tasted Awesome, plus done in a timely manner. The staff that greeted me was very friendly & also told me to have a nice day. That goes a long way with me.

Every time I order from this place I don't have a problem. Service is good and the delivery driver is always nice. I like my pepperoni cooked a little bit more so this was perfect for me.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I stopped ordering Pizza Hut because the food wasn't great. I am glad I gave them another chance. I tried the lemon pepper wings and they were the best I've had. So great job 11th street Pizza Hut!

So this was my very first time eating at this Pizza Hut. I normally don't go to Pizza Hut either but I was so hungry I could not wait another minute. I walked inside it was completely dead I thought oh no this is not going to be a good idea so I continued to place my order which was for just an individual mushroom personal pizza. They said the weight should be 5 minutes I had a seat, got on my phone to check my phone and realized it been about 10 minutes and I thought what is going on here. So I get up to ask about my pizza and it's done so I take it to my truck because really, I'm taking a break on my Uber Eats time and it's my lunch break. I swear to you when I bit into that pizza, I thought it wasn't going to be that great. I couldn't believe it, I was so happy!!! lol This is some of the best pizza from a Pizza Hut that I've EVER had!!! Couldn't believe it!! And to boot, it was so inexpensive I couldn't believe that part either a personal pan pizza is only $5 and change at this place!!! If you don't have a lot of money to spend on good quality food for dinner.. THIS PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE ON YOUR "go to" LIST NO DOUBT!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! I really really miss the old Pizza Hut experience and the salad bar but it's just so odd to say you want to sit in the dining area and it's like you're doing take out the hand you a plastic bag with your containers in it or your pizza and you just basically use their table and chair to sit at it's just so weird to me I'm so used to dying in where you can enjoy and experience

The service was fast and the people who work there were very nice.

Ordered 2 pepperoni melts, and my girls loved them. Order was made on time and food was good and hot!!

Delivered wrong pizzas, refused to fix order, gave me incorrect contact info and hung up on me.

Edit to add: completely blown away by the response from the owner Joe. Normally, restaurants aren't too concerned with whether you had a pleasant experience. I received an apology and coupons to replace my order as well as 2 extra appetizer and 2 pizza coupons. Did not expect this response since the staff I originally spoke with were not very friendly but I'm willing to give Pizza Hut another go. Thank you, Joe.

From the easy and convenient online ordering and the order Was ready when I got there , less than 30 minutes from order to pick up!

In my opinion the best pizza and sides anywhere. Pizza Hut has been one of my favorite pizza places from a young kid to an adult. Plenty of options and if you have a picky family and or kids they have personal size pizzas so everyone can get what they want on their own. Fast friendly and clean.

We received our order accurately within the time frame for pick up. The restaurant was recently updated and looked wonderful. There were several customers who were also picking up their orders. They even handed us our order with a smile.

We went in to order take out and they were running a bit late with our order. Several employees apologized and kept offering us more food for free. We didn't accept. We weren't in a hurry and they still ended up giving us a free order of bread sticks.

I love it! Absolutely positively without a doubt love it! I might even say that it's the best pizza in town not exactly sure if it's the best best but it is the best if you feel what about that bacon to that make you so freaking precious fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh. Yeah that's right that it Pizza hut yeah two thumbs up for the big Pizza hut boys LOL LOL peace out

They were prompt to getting my order when I picked it up. I did have problems with the app, but I did call the 11th Street Pizza Hut to verify they did have my order. The staff was super friendly!
