We had an exhilarating experience at Polestar Princeton. The whole team specially Haley did a fantastic job explaining everything we need to know. The test drive sealed the deal. We ended up buying a pre-owned polestar 2. the process took approximately 2 days from start to finish and I am glad we purchased this EV car. Polestar gives you Two-Year manufacturer warranty plus two years dealership warranty unlimited milage. A special shout out to Z as well who showed my wife and I how to connect our phone to the car and be able to make it a digital key and remotely do a lot of functions on the vehicle. Well done team polestar Princeton for an excellent service. I'm sure we will be sending some friends your way.

JOSEPH O'DONNELL was nothing but helpful and spectacular during the purchase of my Polestar 2! :) He was able to provide us a convenient deal by doing everything virtually with us regarding paperwork, delivering the car in exactly 1 week time span from the date I test drove it, and was transparent, easy going, and honest with me during the whole transaction.
I will be definitely be coming back after my 3 year lease to work with him and the Polestar team once again. I have nothing but confidence in this new dealership!

Visited Polestar Princeton when shopping for the Polestar 2 and the folks there are absolutely incredible. Special shoutout to the rockstars Alessandro and Haley. Polestar 2 is an excellent car overall to drive and looks fantastic too. Bums me out the dual motor version in the US doesn’t come with the upgraded 82kwh battery but it’s plenty enough for city driving. If you are waiting for P3 or P4 and need a car to drive in the meantime, get a Flexible lease on the P2.

I had an amazing experience at Polestar Princeton. The showroom has modern, clean and minimal lines that are typical of the Swedish style. The manager who welcomed me, Haley was extremely courteous, with a great smile that made me feel at ease right away. Alessandro, was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the car. He explained in details all the features of the Polestar 2 before we headed out for the test drive. The entire process for ordering the car as well as the financing, was easy and quick. I was helped by Healy and Alessandro, who were nothing less than spectacular in their attention throughout the entire buying process. I already had a Polestar 2 and was looking at other options but they pulled together an attractive offer and kept up with all my requests, including the timing I wanted to accomplish the trade in. Polestar Princeton is absolutely beautiful. Their flawless showroom allowed for a simple and easy shopping experience. Coming into the store I was greeted by Giovanni. He was so helpful as we moved throughout the store, explaining the products and the buying process. I wasn't even thinking about getting an E/V, but when I brought my Volvo in for repair, I was given a Polestar 2 as a loaner. I was blown away----the car was beautiful, handled fantastically, and the acceleration was amazing. My several visits afterward to the Princeton Polestar dealership sealed the deal----everyone was friendly and engaging, knowledgeable about the car and there was absolutely no pressure to make a deal. Once I settled on the model and options Luiz guided me through the ordering process and kept in touch with me up until the moment the car was delivered .
