The only phone call I made was to my insurance company. Ridge top Contractors did the rest. Blake contacted the adjuster.They met him at the house for the inspection. Blake submitted all of the paperwork and pictures and estimates, etc. He kept me informed of each process and what to expect. The roof work was done in one day, from start to cleanup. Follow up has been great as well. I highly recommend Ridgetop Contractors. They are the nicest guys to work with.

When I first spotted a water stain in my ceiling, I cringed at the thought of having to replace my roof . When a friend of mine referred this company, I decided to go ahead and face the headache of getting my roof repaired. Then I met Blake. I experienced probably one of the best service of my life, and I’m no spring chicken! From the beginning to the end, the entire experience was seemless. Blake was very detailed and transparent about the process. He even assisted me with filing the insurance claim, which really put my mind at ease. He walked me through the process to ensure that I understood everything prior to me signing anything. This company went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied. Walking in your home and seeing leaks can really stress you out. That’s what happened to us and we had no idea what to do first. Made one call to Ridge Top Contractor and they held our hands through the entire process. Blake Johnson came to our home, looked at all the damage and immediately helped me file a claim. Within a day my house was tarped and protected. He meet with our adjuster and went over everything step by step. He was very hands on which is not typical for business owners. When it was “go day” it could not have gone any smoother. Blake even did some extra things for us that we didn’t even ask for. You never see that anymore! He and his crew were professional and we could not be more happy with the results. Our house isn’t that big, but Ridge Top Contractors treated us like it was a million dollar home. Excellent company!!! From day one through the entire process (which was very fast) Ridge Top was excellent! They kept in touch, created a group text to be about to stay updated, and was there with a quickness to answer any and all questions! Our roof was done within a couple of weeks! Then, when they were finished, they left my place cleaner than when they got there! Complete with cleaning my back porch, leaf blowing my yard and cleaning out my gutters! I can't recommend this company enough!!! All with ZERO MONEY OUT OF POCKET!

I literally have nothing but excitement as I post this. I always thought you could only get a new roof if a tree fell through it (new homeowner). Anyway I kept driving by my neighbors house and decided to call the number on the lawn sign. Glad I did. I Spoke with Blake who immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained everything as he seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Needless to say he handled everything with ease and literally 3 weeks from our 1st phone-call I now have a new roof. I did nothing …. like nothing …… at all. He was great the crew was great and they got in and out so quick I couldn’t believe it. I definitely appreciate them. Oh and they left my driveway cleaner than it was before they even came lol. I could write a novel on how amazing this company is. I worked with Russell through the process and he’s an absolute all star. I also met the owner Blake and he was really great too. I had some issues with my insurance company but Russell stayed on top of it and his professionalism was second to none. Once approved, materials were delivered and the crew was up on my house replacing my roof lightning fast. The project was completed, cleanup and all, in under 7 hours. My roof looks beautiful and the quality is fantastic! I can’t recommend this company enough!

After getting verbal "quotes" from a couple companies and not feeling comfortable with what I was being told I had the pleasure of being introduced to George from Roof Top Contractor. From the very first conversation with George I knew this was the company I was going to choose to work with. He took time to thoroughly explain all of the details of the work and even advocated for me when my insurance company tried to replace only portions of my roof. The Roof Top Contractor crew arrived at my house before sunrise and had my roof job complete before lunch time. I 100% recommend Roof Top Contractor!

These guys are top notch. Blake was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. It was amazing to watch the installation crew do the work replacing my roof… nothing short of a well choreographed dance. Looks amazing. Excellent job even cleaning up the mess after. Don’t hesitate to use these guys!

Ridge Top Contractors was incredible! Blake and his associates were professional and knew the roofing process (including dealing with the insurance company) down to the smallest deal. First off let me say that I have Allstate Insurance! One of the hardest Insurance's to get a roof approved through. I tried to get my roof approved with a different Roofing company to no avail. The young man that tried did everything he knew to do but couldn't get it done after 6 months or so. I was so frustrated because everyone in the neighborhood was getting their roofs replaced so I waited about 6 more months or so before I even entertained the thought of trying to go through the process again of putting in a claim. One day my wife told me that someone was at the door(Mr. Shane) to talk about the roof so I talked to him and mannn I'm glad I did. It was Nov and the roof was approved and done in Feb. The whole process & the communication was excellent! Blake & Shane both were exceptional! They did such a great job that my Allstate rep sent a email saying that it was a pleasure working with RidgeTop because they were so professional and that she was blessed to have worked with them!! Wow!! Right? That's all you have to know about this company & these wonderful guys! No more sleepless nights worrying about shiggles coming off or any leaks after a big storm. Blake and his team have put 2 new roofs on both of my houses. He currently just got my mother’s roof approved through the insurance to get her a new roof due to some storm damage. Blake and his team where on time, very friendly and did a great job. They didn’t make a mess and left my house better than when they found it. Couldn’t of went with a better contractor.
