Arby's

We recently traveled from Wisconsin to Savannah, GA and passed through Mahomet, IL. We stopped at the Arby's restaurant (Arby's 7305). The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We stopped by the same Arby's on our return from Savannah a week later. Jenna H was the shift manager and she waited on us. She was friendly, helpful and greeted us warmly when she took our order. Again, the restaurant was very clean, the service was excellent and the staff very accommodating. This was one of the nicest Arby's we have ever visited. Please pass on our comments to the manager and to Jenna H. Thank you.

The staff is always playing friendly and always eager to help me with any obstacle I may encounter due to being in a wheelchair there's lots of obstacles to get through and the staff is always more than eager to help. In addition they also not just allow me to have my service dog but they're encourage it which makes me feel a lot more comfortable and more I have to go there.

Totally different environment at this Arby's location. It seems like it's near perfect 95% of the time. Great job!

Absolutely amazing service! After waiting for some chicken tenders to fry up the rest of my order got....lost? I don't know, honestly I was waiting in the car enjoying a reprieve from the kids while watching the Blackhawks season opener on my phone. Most restaurants would have rushed a new order up, maybe thrown in a $2 gift certificate. This manager came out with a full refund, a profuse apology, and then my order. Didn't expect that at all, superior customer service.
And on top of all this the cheesesteak was just amazing. Certainly not the best I've ever had, but easily the best fast food cheesesteak I've ever had.

Cleanest Arby's I've ever been too. The drive thru was on it with great service and quickness.

Gotta love the original roast beef with Horsey and Arby's sauces.

Every other Arby's I've ever been to has been worse than this one. The workers here outdid themselves and are very good at their job.

It had amazing food with amazing service! Before I got my pop my food was already to go! Outside had garbage all over the place but besides that I highly recommend this place!

Fast service and consistent food is what I seek from Arby's. I really shouldn't patronize them because they are part of Koch Industries and have provided much dark $$$ for RW political campaigns and seditious conspiracy. But, their Reuben is great.

This Arby's has the friendliest staff out of any fast food place around! Food is always done right and made fresh too but that's not as important as the smiling faces and good attitudes!

Five stars, not because it's high end cuisine, but because it's good for what it is: easy, fast, and tasty. The staff here is particularly friendly and always welcoming. My orders have always been accurate and hot when I got them. If you're looking for a quick stop for fast food that's a little different than the usual, this a good place to check out. I'm a big fan of the sliders, a great after work snack. Fish sandwich is seasonal (coincides with Lent) so that's something to keep in mind.

Drive-thru is too tight for a dually. Not much of a lunchtime wait! The staff was great and very polite!

The Food was really good! This is only Arbys ive been to out of 4 cities that did not serve me chicken that was rock hard. I would return to this arbys again 😁

A sharp guy taking orders (Collin), picked up my Double Beef and Cheddar and noticed immediately that it was not a double. HE sent it back and saved me the return trip. Great job!
Also, if you're looking to recycle your used cooking oil, the manager told me that was absolutely not allowed here.

Service was friendly, helpful and fast. The chicken tenders and curly fries were tasty (not necessarily "unforgettable" (or however it's worded online, lol, but they were adequate).

I love the Ruben sandwiches. They have good fries too. Always clean and very friendly.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered the new burger...delicious and no fries needed! I hope it becomes a regular on the menue.
