Front desk help was very good! On our second day we we're not offered fresh towels, she didn't even check to see if any needs. We were giving fresh towels when we asked the front desk clerk.

I went in to upgrade my phone, and Will was phenomenal! He was extremely patient, and impeccably kind. I was there for five and half hours with him (even after closing time). He insured that everything was moved from my old to new phone, that I got the best deal, and understood everything that was changing on my plan. I had both my girls there, and he got along with them quite well. He even held my baby so I’d have free hands for a bit! The store was clean, well organized, and the staff went above and beyond. The staff is sincere, and is adamant about making sure the customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

We had multiple people from the store help us out and every single one was absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and very helpful. Me and my husband got new phones and they did everything for us to make our transfer smooth. Super personal people and made our overall experience wonderful! They stayed late just to wait for our phones to transfer all of our information! Definitely would recommend this store and will come back in the future!!! Jacksonville, Alabama!

I recently bought a phone from this store and the customer service was TOP notch. He guided me through the entire process and had answers before I even had to ask! I will go the extra mile to use this Verizon store and deal with this particular representative because of his warmth and knowledge. He even helped me when I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I felt helpless because I thought it meant I’d have to pay big bucks for for repairs. He told me exactly what to do/who to contact and I couldn’t believe the expedited service that came to my house and repaired the phone in less than 15 minutes in their vehicle AND it was covered under my device protection plan. 29 bucks!! Wow!! (Get the plan, totally worth it.)

I LOVED my experience at the Jacksonville store. My agent was extremely helpful and so nice! They had such a great phone selection and they’re definitely the go to place for accessories. My agent helped me make changes on my account AND get the best deals he could get for me. If you need help with upgrading or anything Verizon, check this store out!!!!!

I would recommend becoming a long-life customer of Will Hallman! He was instantly welcoming and greeted me as soon as I arrived. He took care of all my needs, which felt extensive to me, but he made it feel so easy! He took care of the process with ease, re-assured me of everything I was signing, and made sure that I knew every option and benefit that I could capsize on while moving my plans and lines around all while upgrading as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve never really been to a Verizon store but once before and the time I was there I never really paid attention to anything but the phone my brother was getting at the time. Today I had to go and get my phone number switched to a new phone and the time I spent there was a great experience. As soon as I had walked through the door, someone was already waiting to help me, greeting me with a “Hello! How may I help you today?” Not only was the greeting pleasant, but so was the atmosphere of the store. Christmas decorations were hung up everywhere and Christmas classics were smoothly playing on the speakers in the store. Considering I am a HUGE Christmas person I really appreciate that they took the time to even decorate and share the spirit with all of the customers to come. After the gentleman greeted me, I asked for Will and was quickly greeted by him and led to his desk. When my mother and I sat down we asked about the decorations and was told about the hour and a half they spent putting them up, again I really appreciate the time they took to do that. Well besides all the decorations that I’m so excited about, Will helped us get my number switched and made nice conversation while waiting. I’m glad that he was determined to help us with my phone and even went to the fullest extent he could. He told us about some tips for our phones and even told us some good resources to help find more if needed. He even gave us great advice to help us navigate and get off the store parking lot to avoid the Christmas parade traffic. Though this may be one of my first experiences with a phone store, I’m glad Verizon was able to make me feel like I was just talking with a bunch of friends. The time we spent there even flew by and next thing I knew we were leaving. I just could not forget about the amazing experience I had and I knew I should share how much of a great one I had. I hope that if you need a new phone, a new case, etc, I suggest you choose this store. I hope y’all find what Y'all need and have a Merry Christmas!

Had a great experience in the Jacksonville store today with Will. He helped me with apps I didn't even know I had. I hope that when I come back to this store he will be here to help again. All the representatives on shift seemed berv friendly and the store is by far the cleanest retail location I've visited. Thank you Will and thank you Verizon. You have one happy customer!!

I spent some good time at the store today with Will, the store Supervisor/Manager. I went in today knowing I was going to be upgrading either in store or online. Will took such good care of me, carefully explaining details about upgrading, pricing, plans, and overall holding good conversation. As a college student, sometimes we are not the brightest especially when it comes to money and he did a really great job helping me with the whole process and saving as much as I possibly could. I came out with a new iPhone XR, new case and screen protector (which he helped put on) for only a couple additional dollars per month of what I am currently paying. I had a really great experience today, and I am very glad I decided to walk in. The store was also very clean too!

I had some serious phone issues with my last phone and found out that I had an upgrade and was able to get an awesome price on my new iPhone. The stores staff was very helpful and I was able to bundle and save and basically get the cases for a better deal!!! They have a great selection of inventory and the best service in town. Josh at the Verizon store was great. He was able to answer my questions and make my transaction very seamless. Been with Verizon for years and the Jacksonville store never disappoints!

I called the store with questions about my bill after changes to my service. After visiting the store, Will Hallman quickly helped me resolve the issue. He was amazingly able to diagnose the issue as I (ignorantly) tried to explain. He was courteous and kind as he resolved my billing issue. I'm more educated in general, regarding my service, thanks to Will.

Had a,wonderful experience at your store today. My son and I needed Upgrades and I was worried about cost. The staff treated us like family and I feel that they gave us the best deal on 2 phomes and accessories they possibly could. Meredith was a blessing!

I went into the store yesterday with a dead phone.
A young man greeted me at the door and introduced himself as Ryan.
I’m not very sharp with technical devices and I told him that up front.
My main concern was loosing my pictures.
He was so patient (when I couldn’t remember pins and passwords)
I never felt intimidated with Ryan.
This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon.
I usually go to a different store but this store will be my forever store.
Ryan was so kind and respectful.
This young gentleman is truly an asset to this business. He not only has a great personality, but has a gift for customer service.
