This is a warm welcoming front staff, clean and comfortable massage rooms and Robin was the most professional, tuned in and sensitive to my objectives for today’s massage session! It's been a while since I've had a facial. I was disappointed in the last couple I got in this area. So, on a whim I decided to try Hand and Stone and found it a very pleasant experience. There are options but I chose the basic. The place itself is clean and pleasant. I will return to try other types.

This location never fails to DELIVER. Erica is amazing at her craft. Every massage she goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable, relaxed, I always leave feeling 10 pounds lighter. Anne is a literal facial angel. I received my first facial with her and she not only went above and beyond with explaining the process and making sure I was 100% comfortable, but her knowledge and thoroughness with each product and explaining each product blew me away. She went above and beyond to treat me not only like a client but like family. She even went out of her way to explain a new skin care routine and products for my skin type. My skin is GLOWING. I booked my next appointment with her immediately and cannot wait to go back and get the celebrity treatment again.

So I have been to a few different hand and stones. This location I must say is my favorite. From the moment I walked in Natalie and Lauren were both so amazing they were both very professional and so very polite! My message was one of the best I have ever had. Arizona is amazing. I will be back and request for her to give me a massage again!!! Great job Ladies!

Robin is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has the warmest aura surrounding her. The time she takes to not only make her clients feed amazing, but educate them is invaluable. I feel like 20 pounds was lifted from my jaw after just 1 session with her. The staff is committed to customer service and treats clients with the utmost respect. Erin the manager is absolutely amazing and also completely committed to making sure each client has an amazing experience. Just 1 session with Robin made me sign up for the membership and I am counting the days until my next appt!!!

I am a long time member of Hand and Stone at Lacey. I am so happy to see the changes at the location with both customer service, products and sales, as well as therapist availability! But what is THE very BEST is my esthetician Anne!! She is absolutely fabulous !! It is wonderful to have someone that truly loves their work and really cares about their clients! My home hand and stone is in Toms River but my last two visits have been in Lacey with Robin. The whole experience both times have been amazing and she has given the two best massages I've had between the two locations. She is attentive to my needs and extremely skillful at her job. Robin knows what she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone!! I already can't wait for my next massage.

I was booked with another therapist and I ended up with Robin. I had only booked and hour as when I do not know the therapist I dont want to waste my money on a bad massage. Well, she was more than what I expected. I ended up asking for another half hour and it was so worth it. She was so knowledgeable and so passionate about helping her clients feel better. Unfortunately I do not get massages for relaxation but they are extremly nessesary for therapeutic relief. She is amazing and I highly recommend her to you and that Hand and Stone have her teach her techniques to the other therapist!!!

Been to many Hand&Stone before. All great, but i must tell everyone about Robin. She is by far, thee best. Her talent is beyond compare. Very compassionate, wonderful human being. Just got done w my massage w her, and will dream of the next.

I had an amazing massage from Lisa yesterday! I enjoy a light to medium pressure massage and her touch was perfect. I had the best sleep ever and woke up pain free!

Robin is great. Listens to her clients and is constantly asking about pressure firmness and adjusts accordingly. Some area of my body are sensitive like my neck and shoulders while my IT band I prefer very firm pressure. She adjusts to my needs and is fantastic!

I just had another wonderful facial with Ann. Before I started seeing Ann I had considered canceling my membership.
Ann is so kind and attentive to any concerns and always looking to help me with my complexion. I so look forward to my monthly facials and highly recommend Ann.
