McDonald's

My family went to this Mcdonald's the day after christmas, The place was packed , and the the drive through was packed. People were getting very testy because it was taking so long to get your orders. One person was extremely testy, stating we've been waiting almost an hour, I calmly turned and said I've been waiting over an hour, which helped to diffuse the situation. However, everyone did eventually get their food. The staff was great. They all did their best under the circumstances of being shorthanded. Keep in mind this was the day after Christmas 🎄 people out shopping and returning items to stores. I'll be happy to return to this McDonald's again because I understand flukie days happen.

The older gentleman who brings your food out for mobile pick ups was one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a very long time. It’s rare in today’s day to find genuinely kind people anymore. I hope he has a very merry Christmas

Stood at the counter forever. Waiting to have someone take my order. I started to thank. I was invisible until somebody came over from the drive through

I did a curbside pick-up for breakfast. I ended up getting 2 sausage burritos. They were extremely fast with getting my order out to me within 2 minutes of me being there, they also make sure they have the correct person before handing you the food and make sure you don't need any condiments before you leave.

Was here for breakfast, it was SUPER busy and the workers were all working very hard and efficiently. Think they deserve a raise for that breakfast rush!! Thank you guys. Remember before you are rude to a worker, they can only do so much at a time. Stop being entitled! If you see the restaurant is busy and you don’t want to wait, LEAVE!

Best location amongst several. They always accommodate me with curbside In my tractor trailer. There food is always fresh and hot. Not like many other locations when you question how long food been sitting in hot trays. Thanks guys you're appreciated

Now I have been to a lot of McDonald's before.... but this one is top of the food chain. And I also came across a man identifying as a female ninja turtle and until then I only thought men could be ninja turtles. This opened me up to endless possibilities. Maybe I could one day identify as something absurd and people will believe me also!

Sat in drive thur for over 5 minutes to get my order and the person that was handing the order out didn't say hi or anything just asked what I got and gave me my order

As expected, everything was correct, and service was fast

When we pulled up to the drive thru there had to be 10 to 15 cars. We almost left, but my grandson was hungry. From getting in line to ordering to receiving our food took all of 5 min. They moved everyone thru like a well oiled machine. Burgers and fries were hot 🔥. Wish my McDonald's close to home moved like this. I was impressed!

We brought in a group of 20 seniors and they served them all very efficiently we were in and out in 30 minutes. And the seniors were all happy with everything which with these seniors can be very rare.

Me & my wife go for afternoon coffee. Usually go here most days, other days we change things up and visit some other shop. The Cross Keys McDonald's is our favorite! Great bunch of people in the morning/afternoon shift!

Had a horrible day yesterday forgot my wallet had no money but remembered to use my head and do the cashless thing through the app. The cashier bought me a sweat tea. This is the first time that happend to me. She made my day! Thank you!

Omg, so grateful 🙏. Everything was perfect and the crew who works here are so kind and courteous. I would hire many of them, great group. We ate here on Wednesday at 530 pm. Thank you to all who made this delicious meal possible!!!

There is a young lady who’s name is Kai or Kye. She works cashier at the drive thru. She is always so friendly and very positive energy. She need Recognized

there’s only 1 time they gave me hard bread. i love this mcdonald’s the only one i i’ll go to.

I went through the drive through at this McDonalds, and the person who took my order misunderstood what I wanted. I went inside and told someone about the mistake. I know mistakes happen all the time, so I offered to pay the difference to correct my order. The staff member was very apologetic, and gave me the correct items for free and let me keep the other food. While the staff member was fixing my order, the manager also came up to make sure everything was okay. This was absolutely the best service I have seen at a McDonalds.
