I have been enjoying SEED food since they opened in Rehoboth Beach DE. The food is always fresh, the quality has always been consistently the best. After training at the gym or shopping at the outlets, this is the best lunch one can have. Additionally, they make the best dressings. My favorite is mango habanero. Lastly, you should always save room for one of their homemade deserts.

Stopped by this place for the first time as a transitioning vegan, and let me just say that this place is BOMB and has given me a lot of inspiration for where to start on my journey as someone with little cooking experience. I couldn’t help myself from scarfing down the bowl I was served before getting a picture, but this place has a wonderful bright atmosphere on the inside and is a really cohesive establishment overall. I stopped by during happy hour which I was completely unaware of which was a nice plus. Definitely a home run spot for someone looking for a quick meal without all the prep at home.

Everything was delicious and so flavorful. I was nervous to try the vegan egg salad—but I loved it!

Absolutely delicious . Husband and I looking for a healthier dinner option . This place was great! Clean, food was delicious and fresh, and price did not break the bank. If you go there between 3-5 pm you get $2 off a bowl.
We going back there tomorrow for lunch .

The place is clean and modern. The people are friendly. Staff and management always to answer questions. The bowls I've had created even custom ones are delicious and nutritious. Worth the trip friendly people. And food so good you're happy to eat your veggies 😄

Please support this local restaurant!! It was delicious, the bowl prices are reasonable, and the inside is clean/welcoming. I absolutely loved my food. My favorite ingredients were the glass noodles and shrimp. Everything is so fresh and healthy. I left feeling so well-fed and I want to go here every time we visit Sussex County, DE.

We stop here every time we hit the beaches—even if we are destined for OCMD instead of a DE beach! Grab a bottle of one of their sauces for home, too! Celiac and dairy free options all over the menu… and everything is delicious! No combo goes wrong. Full-body recommend.

I never leave reviews. But this salad bowl was AMAZING o my god. And this place is 1000% one of the best health food places i’ve ever been to. The variety of quality ingredients and menu items, the choices of dressing, and the incorporation of asian influences are just perfect. And, they even have healthy desserts AND red hummus!! Seriously, there aren’t many places that impress me enough to leave reviews. I just wish they had a location near me! Anyways, definitely check this place out if you can!

Definitely a divine way to dine if your health is wealth! Very clean and n I m processed place to create a plate! We actually split a salad bowl quinoa bowl between each other amd it was like recharging our bodies! We will definitely be making a regular routine to this spot this summer!!

We got takeout from here last night and it was great. Very fresh, everything exactly as ordered, and super tasty. I love that you can completely customize your bowl. Ready on time too! A great healthy option at the DE beaches.

Healthy bowls for a reasonable price without skimping on quality. The staff is nice, and the food is was really good. Their desserts are so delish too!

I recently found out I had some food intolerances and was looking at some local healthy alternatives when eating out, and found Seed Eatery. I admittedly was under the illusion that vegan/gluten free/healthy food would be mediocre in taste, if at all, so I normally avoided it. All together - I'm glad i gave this place a try. Their Blueberry & Ginger Kombucha is awesome; and the bowls are surprisingly filling. For about $20 you can get a filling meal and not feel guilty for lunch. I'm curious to how my health may improve over time if i make this a regular thing?

The desserts are very tiny portions for the money, but surprisingly tasty for being gluten free/vegan.

I really liked the food. Everything was fresh and tasty. I was a bit confused by the ordering process, but the young man behind the counter was very helpful. A "good for you" meal is always satisfying. At least it should be.

Ten stars! Took a day trip to the beach and grabbed dinner here. Even though we arrived within an hour of them closing we were warmly greeted. I'm not sure if it was the owner who was working the line but he sure did take ownership of his role. He kindly explained options and patiently waited for me and my friend to make up our minds as we crafted our own bowls. I appreciated how he rather nonchalantly instructed another staff member to wait on sweeping the front of the house while we were there- excellent restaurant etiquette, something not normally seen in quick service settings. The food was excellent and ingredients have been carefully selected. I have loads of food intolerances but was put at ease dining at SEED. I also loved the ambiance/decor/vibe of the place. Clean and easy on the eyes. Excellent dining experience, I do look forward to being in the area again so I can try another bowl!

My new favorite place in Rehoboth! I created my own bowl and it was absolutely delicious! I’m excited to return to try new combinations. I’ve already told my friends and family that they have to check this place out!! I can’t wait to go back!

Yes, every review stated that the food is healthy, also safe for those that are vegans, vegetarians and delicious- THAT’S BECAUSE IT IS!! Yes, the portions (I believe) can be shared or save some for later. I like the cinnamon pineapple and the flavor of the chickpeas-yummmmm 😋

Now the bad, WE NEED need more locations, like in the Silicato Pavilion on John J Williams Hwy...PLEASE!!!!!!!

Do like that their biodegradable paper bowls Are earth very earth friendly.

Do like how intriguing it is to see their small size desserts as you walk in through the door and they are calling your name!! Even though the price is a bit on the steep side ($8), I just about always find myself purchasing One. I enjoy the pumpkin vegan one. I am lactose intolerant and this dessert is delicious! I believe they make their own kombucha.
