This is a great Starbucks.I love this place every time I come here.I get great service.The people that work here are amazing.I go to a lot of different coffee shops.And honestly these people hands down are the best at they're job

The drive through employees make me smile everyday . I visit this Starbucks location frequently and I am always impressed by the excellent service and the high-quality beverages and snacks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that every order is made to perfection.

I especially appreciate the variety of drinks and food options available at this location. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic latte or a trendy seasonal drink, Starbucks always has something that hits the spot. Plus, their food options are always fresh and delicious.

The atmosphere of the store is also very pleasant, with cozy seating areas and a relaxed ambiance. It's a great place to catch up with friends or get some work done while enjoying a cup of coffee.

I’ve been going to this location for the last couple of months, and the employees are so nice here. I always enjoy my experience. I also want to give a shout-out to Austin. He went above and beyond for me. My favorite Starbucks location!

I love this Starbucks - So easy to grab some caffeine on my way to work or wherever and the drive-thru saves me a lot of time! Employees are always very kind and helpful.

This location is excellent! Everyone is extremely friendly and always gets your order right, and can I just say that every drive through needs a David working! He is sooo pleasant, friendly, and polite. I honestly have never gone through a drive through where the person taking your order acts like they actually enjoy their job and happy to be taking your order. He is a breath of fresh air in the morning that’s for sure and will definitely put you in a better mood if you’re having a bad day. Starbucks, you need to make him your number one employee and trainer for new employees. By far the best Starbucks location I have ever been to! :)

This specific shop ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly (oat milk vanilla latte, iced venti guy)
I'm writing to review the manager who worked this morning on 11/22/22 at 8am-ish. She was extraordinarily helpful in that while I admittedly was a jerk because I was frustrated that she couldn't break my $100 bill for payment. I scoffed at her saying "You guys don't have 80 bucks in there!?" She graciously gave me my drink order to me anyway. After thinking about how much of a jerk I was, I felt compelled to recognize her efforts, through all my BS to leave happy, which I did; so much in fact that I will be returning later today to pay for the drinks She offered complimentary. Granted, I'm in hospitality myself, so I understand both sides of the coin here and I wanted to give credit where it's due. My apologies in how I acted as a customer who quite honestly just have a lot going on personally and I took it out on team members at this shop, for which I'm sorry.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! My orders are always correct, service with a smile! They are also very fast, almost always have the drink ready before the time.

I usually stop at the Starbucks on City Line avenue when I am out this way and it’s a backtrack. So, today I stopped at this location cause it was closer to my destination. I will NEVER go back to City Line. This location has the NICEST employees. David greeted me as if I were a frequent customer and I instantly felt welcomed. This should be a training store for all other locations to experience how customer service is executed. A job well done. Almost made me want to work at Starbucks myself.

Staff was great. Nice atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Loved the Pumpkin Chai Latte.

Always great service, but David in the drive thru today, was a ray of sunshine. In my less then one minute interaction with him, he changed my day from mediocre to happy. Starbucks, do yourself a favor and make him your mascot!

I’ve been going to this particular Starbucks for years and although 99% of the time the employees are wonderful, I have never encountered such a positive uplifting and hard worker like Joe. He went above and beyond to make my normal routine one that I won’t forget. You can tell he really loves his job and not only did he make a fantastic drink for me, he put a huge smile on my face. What a kind and sweet guy! We need more people in the world like him!

Love that there's a drive thru. & I also LOVE their frozen white chocolate mocha frappuccino!

I was there Friday, 6/14, between 2 and 3, I think.
I walked in and was greeted by a younger guy, didn't catch his name bu he had braces, I believe.
Anyway, I had a hard time choosing the drink that I wanted because they're all so good, so I said, "surprise me!", and he proceeded to ask me a few questions about what I liked in a drink.
I forget what he made, but it was the best Starbucks drink I think I've ever had! It was delicious! I will most definitely be back when I'm working in the area for more surprise drinks.
I used an alias, Valerie, because no one can pronounce my name properly, so it saves time, haha.

AMAZING view, and as with every Starbucks, an amazing atmosphere. All the workers are kind and friendly, being patient as I come up with weird drinks. The Cafe area itself is aesthetic and pleasing to the eye, and well kept; the perfect place to study, or focus on comouter work. (Tip: It is slightly chilly, wear something light and warm)

This location is a drive-thru and has been open pretty much throughout the entire pandemic and I am very appreciative! Kind considerate and courteous staff and a very easy transaction process. Totally enjoying my caramel macchiato today!

The dude at the drive thru is so wonderful. He's patient and clear and repeats your order to verify it. His voice reminds me of being in a Disney ride. He's so excited that you are there! He thanks you and really means it!

Drink was great and ready at pickup

One of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Really friendly staff who take the time to connect with you. Often training new baristas but you can see how apologetic they are for their mistakes. They always make your drink right, and will remake it to your preferences. People complain about the drive thru wait but to be honest, they bring your coffee to you in usually under a minute. Thats pretty fast considering what they have to make! Keep doing a good job!

Outdoor seating and the inside was spacious and not crowded. They had cafe reaches and chairs, but also some soft chairs for relaxing. Also, there's a drive thru. Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky, due to a divider on West Chester Pike, but the nearby traffic light helps
