While working a job away from home in Rosamond, my car suddenly broke down on the worksite at 5pm. It is stressful when your car fails, and even more horrible when you're in an unknown town! Ten10 was so helpful, they fixed it the next day! They are amazing at communicating the diagnosis and fixing process. It was so nice to know what was going on and see it in the pictures they texted me of my car. They really took good care of me, above and beyond any other mechanic I've been to! I am so used to having to call to find out what is going on, but here they keep you informed every step of the way. I knew immediately the 5 star rating was real!!! Thank you Ten10!!! ❤

What a wonderful experience in service since we had a car on our driveway for 2 years because we couldn’t find a reliable mechanic we kept spending money and no good outcome to the point of wanting to just get rid of the car. However one day me and wife said why don’t we just give it another try and we looked for an automotive mechanic that had good reviews and reading all the reviews gave us hope to give Ten10 auto repair and opportunity to work in our car and it was the best decision now we have the car running great and we are very pleased with All the people who work at Ten10 thank you for the great service and for going beyond in delivering quality service. Excellent service!! They got my fusion fixed and running in a few days. He kept in touch and sent photos of the old broken parts he had to replace before doing anything ! Always kept me updated. And explains everything so you can understand what has been done on your vehicle. Very honest, definitely will be going back if anything!!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this place! Their expertise in handling my air conditioning, tires, and brakes was perfect and encouraging, all while offering an incredibly reasonable price. Randy's honesty and willingness to explain the intricacies of my Fiat 500's issues left me thoroughly satisfied. I had so many issues with my car and wanted to give up on spending any more money repairing it. I feel like they added value to my car and it will last me even longer. Brought my truck to Ten10 today, and it was such an excellent experience. I got an oil change and an AC recharge, as well as looked at a couple other things that I couldn't get done today. Ramzi was super nice and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. I hate when I have questions and I feel like the guy doesn't want to talk to me, but these guys aren't like that at all. The waiting room was comfortable with good air conditioning, and they even gave me a cold water bottle. I'll definitely be coming back, highly recommend Ten10 Auto Repair👍👍 thank you Ramzi 🙏

Ramsey customer service is amazing, he really cares about the safety of all his customers. It's hard to find people in this business that are honest and great at what they do! Ten10 Auto Repair Shop did a excellent job in repairing my brake lockup problem on my Mercedes and at a reasonable cost. I brought the car there in the morning & was ready before the shop closed. I was visiting my daughter from out of town & they're open on Saturdays which was convenient for me.

This March 2024 I had to have a new timing belt put on my car and had a full tune up. My car has 106,000 miles on it. Got a very reasonable price and car runs better than ever. All done in 1 day. Very happy. Highly recommend Ten10 Auto Repair in Lancaster.

Finding a good mechanic, and a trustworthy garage can be complicated and stressful. Ten10 was recommended to me and they were great. Cannot say enough good things about the service provided! We had been advised to replace our brake pads ASAP, and Ramzi gave us a very fair quote for the service, plus had it done just over 2 hours before he had quoted for delivery. Same day replacement, in less time that estimated, for a good price, and with very personable service. 5/5, will definitely come back.

Update 5.17.24: came back. Truck wouldn't start. Bad alternator. Was given a fair price, and the work was completed in a timely manner.
