Had the most relaxing time at Sterling Park City!

• The food was amazing and you will taste something you would have never imagined possible; Chefs creations were out of this world
• I sat outside in the evening time and the view was so relaxing! It was peaceful and all I needed after a long day.
• The service was outstanding!
• I am pescatarian so the Chef prepared me a delicious Seabass 🐟 ;U10 Scallops and Lobster Bisque ( which was my favorite; I think I could eat that soup everyday😅)
• The LavaCake as a dessert was prob the best I ever tasted!

Such an incredible experience! A requirement should be that you have to come hungry. The portions are huge! Will forever come here before Ruth’s Chris. We had the Salmon and Ribeye. Casey took excellent care of us and is a true expert, made it feel personal and intimate. Thank you for such an amazing dining experience!

We celebrated our anniversary at Sterling. Our 5th time at Sterling. We almost always sit in the bar side. The sea bass is always delicious. Rose was a great server. Attentive, informative and friendly. The courses were well spaced. She asked what the occasion was, took a photo of us and brought us a dessert on the restaurant. The music is a fun part of the experience. On this night it was Amanda Lynn Jones. Her first set was very nice and appropriately softer dinner music. I’d like to see a later show - I can imagine with her obvious guitar experience she can pick things up later in the evening.

While on vacation, we enjoyed a wonderful meal this evening and had the best service from Rose. We enjoyed our entire meal from our Wedge Salad appetizer to our sides, which we decided on Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the mouth watering Roasted Panchetta Asparagus, which were both delicious. Our Entrees were the 6oz Filet and the 18 oz Ribeye with the Bolinase sauce. For dessert, we had the Molten Lava Chocolate Cake topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and the New York cheesecake. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the decor of the Lounge and the Amazing view of the Swaner Preserve. If you're in Salt Lake and looking for a wonderful steakhouse and don't mind paying for a quality meal, do yourself a favor and enjoy the Sterling Steak and Lounge.

Not the vibe we were expecting, but the food was delicious, and the service was great. It is like the hard rock café met frontier fine dining. Our server Casey was very knowledgeable on the menu and wine pairing. We had the lobster bisque and Tuna Napoleon to start. Both were very flavorful. The tuna was light and a great starter. For our entrée, we shared a NY strip and added scallops. The scallops had a great cook on them with a nice pepper flavored foam on top. Roasted corn was our side of choice. Great roasted flavor with a hint of spice from the jalapeños. We also had the lobster mac and cheese. This was ok. It lacked the lobster flavor but cooked well. Dessert was the creme brulée which was also shared. Great caramelization on it, great flavor. Overall, we were glad we shared the entrée and dessert. Otherwise, it would have been way too much food.

Sterling steak & lounge was so tasty! Probably the best steak I've had and the rosemary on top made it even better. We came in celebrating our one year anniversary, our waitress Rose made our visit very special and surprised us with a delicious creme brule.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sterling, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance was sophisticated and inviting, setting the stage for what would be one of the best meals of my life.

I started with the U-10 scallops, which were perfectly seared and simply melted in my mouth. The flavors were exquisite and showcased the chef's remarkable skill and attention to detail. For the main course, I indulged in the steak, and it was hands down the most flavorful and tender steak I have ever had. Each bite was a delight, perfectly cooked to my preference.

The highlight of the evening was meeting the chef, who was incredibly friendly and passionate about his craft. He took the time to explain his cooking techniques and the inspiration behind each dish, making the experience even more memorable and educational.

We will undoubtedly return, not only for the exceptional food but also for the chance to interact with the best chef we've ever met. His dedication to creating culinary masterpieces is evident in every dish, and it's an experience that should not be missed. Thank you, Sterling for an unforgettable evening.

Celebrating our 34th Anniversary with a wonderful dinner at Sterling. Husband had the Chilean Sea Bass which he loved and I had the lemon caper chicken for entrees and lobster bisque to start. Yum. Our server Rose was exceptional and nice dinner music provided by Amanda Lynn James. Great evening. Thank you Rose for the wonderful crème brûlée.!

We hosted a private event for 90 people at Sterling, and it was an absolutely amazing experience, from start to finish. Working with the management team ahead of the event was seamless- they were so responsive and accommodating. And the event itself was flawless. Everyone loved the food, the staff went above and beyond to do everything to make our night fantastic, and it was all just so easy. I can't recommend Sterling enough for a private event. Thanks so much to the entire team!

Such a great place! Live music, amazing food, and great service! We have had our server several times! His name is Casey and is awesome! If there is more than one Casey you want the guy with the red hair. He’s so attentive and works really hard to make the experience the best possible! They serve a brunch on Sundays that is amazing and their dinner is always a family favorite! Sterling steak is one of our favorite park city spots! I usually get a steak but make sure you get the Red Bicycle stick bread! A lot ope people say it’s dumb to pay $12 for bread, but trust me it’s worth it! Just go, you will love it!

Had a great window view of the preserve. Food was spectacular. I had the Ribeye, wife had the chicken. Top rate experience. Rose provided exceptional service. Others stopped in to make sure we were taken care of. Famstastic overall. Live music was a great plus. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough about Sterling steak lounge. We always rank spots on service, taste and ambiance and honestly it's rare that we find a spot that has all 3 but these guys absolutely did. Bryan and I love upscale dining but if you eat like us we usually find ourselves getting some street tacos after bc we're just not full hahah NOT HERE. You get will leave satisfied. Casey our ABSOLUTELY astounding waiter told us that ppl often come with a group of friends order 3 or 4 entries and share them family style bc each plate is enough for 2 easily!

Sterling Steak is now our go to for special occasions with to live music and the most beautiful scenery. We can't wait to make this spot a family tradition.

After a long day as first time skiers in Park City, my husband and I were looking initially for a bbq place. After looking at a high rating we decided to try Sterling and we absolutely love it! This place has it all: The ambiance was phenomenal, almost like a fancy 80s musician cabin in the woods (the Big foot sized chair was awesome!). The food was out of this world good, the customer service was top notch and they played amazing 80s hits. I would say the regular menu is pricy (probably due to the ski area) but the food was so incredibly delicious (flawless) that we had to come back the next day for brunch which will give you all you can eat for $19 each person. We will not hesitate coming back! Best food we’ve had in a while ❤ P.S: big thanks to our wonderful server Neil!

Sterling Steak & Lounge is REMARKABLE!!! I know it’s a steak house but the shining stars are worth an honorable highlight……….the wedge salad was by far one of the best wedge salads I’ve ever had the pleasure of consuming. The Brussels sprouts are certainly the best I’ve ever had! The texture of the crisp and flavors of the char made it a strong standout for us. Everything was great! The salmon was cooked to perfection. The ribeyes had a great flavor and char. The prime rib was generously proportioned and packed with flavor. The deconstructed street corn was also super tasty (especially with a squeeze of lemon). Highly recommend eating here. The service was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Very cool vibe inside.

We loved our experience here at Sterling. Casey was our server and he was amazing. The crab cakes were outstanding- probably the best I’ve ever had. My filet was cooked perfectly and the garlic potatoes were A+ as well. We would def come back to eat here again and plan on it!

My husband and I went to celebrate my Birthday, and it was perfect! The atmosphere, the food, and the best thing was the service... Rose was very nice and gave us really good recommendations. It was the best way to finish an special day!

Amazing! We were looking for a good steak place away from Main Street, and this definitely didn’t disappoint! Went on a Tuesday and wasn’t busy, but our server Rose was fantastic. Food was even better. Got the lobster bisque, house salad, ribeye, mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it was all cooked to perfection and so tasty! I would definitely recommend and we’ll for sure come back! Thank you!

Rose is absolutely phenomenal, she helped with anything we needed and brought the mood up 1000% very attentive and quick. The food is outstanding thanks to our handsome chef georgous. I would highly recommend coming here
