Excellent Delivery Service on 12/8/23 and they were very professional and friendly and my furniture was handled with care and delivered on time, Thank you Bianca and Miracle.

I had the best experience. From the moment I walked in to when I purchased my furniture I was at ease to know I made the right decision. Wayne Williams helped me through the process. He helped me pick the right rug and side tables to go with my couch and recliners. We even rearranged the showroom so I can see what the furniture would look like together with no issues!! Thank you for helping me find my furniture for my new house!!

We want to say Thank You! This is our first experience with this company. We were looking for a recliner..we found the perfect one, and we were able to bring home the floor model. In today's business models, this is unheard of... I would definitely do business with them again!!!

I believe it was on Friday 11/12/21 of last week I decided to visit Badcock Home Furniture located at 5856 Brainerd Rd., Chattanooga, TN with my son to look for furniture for our new home. When I entered the store, I was not approached immediately, which I like! Personally, I don't want to be rushed by sales people. Let me take some time to look around to see if there is anything of interest to me first, then approach me to see how you can help. Others may prefer to be approached immediately upon entering the store. To each his/her own.

After a while Cody L. approached me to see if he could assist me in any way. I explained what I needed. I described the pieces of furniture I was interested from the advertisement and we went from there. Cody L. took the time to walk with me almost around the entire store as he helped me to locate all of the pieces of furniture, I was interested in. He advised me to go to the website and apply for credit online, which I did and was approved. I was able to place my order today based on the amount of credit given to me.

With that said, I experienced excellent customer service with Cody L. I received the necessary help online I needed to complete my credit application and the rest is history.

Miracle was very friendly and helped us in our search for an entertainment center. She was patient and kind even though we showed up a bit closer to closing time!

I've been a customer of Badcock Furniture for years. I love the quality of their merchandise. My whole house is furnished by Badcock. I can go and get whatever I want with no problem. Thank you Badcock for the great service you have provided me with through the years.

2 Years ago I Bought my 8pc bedroom suite from here. Delivery was great got here when they said it would. Did in house credit paid it off quickly. I love the fact that there funiture is heavy, so heavy my delivery guys i felt bad for because the lightest thing i had was 75 pounds everything else was 295 pounds and higher. They are kinda expensive on somethings but I've shopped around and seen the same funiture that looks cheap and and is not heavy at all cost way more. So its worth paying every penny I spent on mines. I will be shopping here again in a few months. I say if you want something to last long get it from here. You get what you pay for!!!
