Metro by T-Mobile

I have been with Metro ever since the day they opened. And in all those years, never ever, have I been so completely blown away, as I have been today. Needing a new phone for my special needs young adult son, she listened to all my needs and concerns, and then she explained all my options in ways I completely understood. Needless to say, we are all beyond happy with the exceptional service and knowledge that the Metro service offers by having such customer minded employees as Gio. My son, he just loves his new first phone ever!

The girl in there was very polite, helpful and gave me a great deal. Definitely coming back to this location. Xio was awesome.

Xiosmara Hernandez had helped me really well when I purchased multiple phones. I had ask her opinions about the differences between phones and I appreciated a lot her amazing customer service. And she is very friendly. Highly recommended

I stopped into the Orange Park store today because my phone was having difficulty working after dealing with the rude employee who didn't want to help me at all I left frustrated and annoyed .

I stopped at the one in Middleburg in hopes of better customer service and they were more than helpful and got me taken care of within a matter of 12 minutes the lady and gentleman working there took a look at my phone realized there was no saving it and when I asked what were my options were more than helpful as I desperately needed my phone for work thanks for getting me back in business today guys

I love my Metro PCS have had service with them for about eight years and I've never had a connect problem, a bill problem or pretty much any problem at all. I very highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone i hear talking about how high their bill is or how terrible their service and connections are. I haven't had a dropped call on my cell phone in years and I've never been surprised by my phone bill, it's the same every month. I just can't recommend them any higher and will continue to tell as many people as possible about their great service, great prices and their great company.

Excellent customer service! She said she's been there three years. Very hard to find a good metro location. I would definitely drive back for her assistance.

In response to the above review that is untrue, our sister store is located in Orange Park across from pepboys. We have always treated customers with the utmost respect and have done evrything to help every customer in every way possible

Very friendly helpful lady running the store. Understanding and knowledgeable. Solved all the issues in a matter of minutes. Well worth a visit.
