Came here on Memorial Day, Christian took care of in under 30 mins setting up a new line and phone! He was so quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very personable as well made the whole process enjoyable. We will be coming back to him when we upgrade our phones in a couple months! It’s people like Christian who still value the customer in retail!

Jason at the Fleming Island T-Mobile store went out of his way to set up my new iphone for me. He made sure everything was working before I left the store. I really appreciate his customer service! He is great - if you have an issue go see Jason. So knowledgeable.

The folks in this store are very nice and helpful. We've been having issues with my husband's Google Pixel 6a and have had to get 2 replacements for a phone he just got in April. It's not TMobile's issue, it is a hardware issue with the phone. I have the Google Pixel 6 pro and for the most part, not many issues with mine. I did get the new TMobile Revvl tablet and I love it. Kudos to the manager, Glenn and his staff for their patience as we will be back today to pick up the 2nd warranty replacement phone for my husband

This review is for Taylor, she has been an exceptional example of what customer service should be. She has been helping me for years now and anytime I have an issue she takes care of it immediately. Stop in or call and ask for her! I won't deal with anyone else!

Been to this store several times. Every time I’m immediately greeted and both their female key holders and managers were very patient and willing to stay a bit longer than usual due to a problem I had with my 13. This last trip around was the same and super quick and now I’m set up to get that new new 💪🏽 They are awesome!

I've had nothing but great experiences at the TMobile (Fleming Island). And Kelly is better than Charlie!! lol. (He sold me a great phone). Actually Charlie's great too. But thanks, Kelly, today for the great advice and service!

Taylor was great to work with yesterday! She was patient (it was a little bit of a dumpster fire on my end) and helped us setup our business account with 3 lines. She's the type of employee any business would covet. They are lucky to have her!

I'm SO impressed with this store. Not only did we get a fantastic family deal, but the help we received ( from Joshua and all the staff) was exceptional; knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We were a little anxious about making the switch to T mobile, but couldn't be happier.

Outstanding Customer Service!! Upgrading and trading in 5 phones can be a challenge but James Brunelle made a stressful experience a stressless one. He helped us for more 2 hours resolve numerous issues due to passwords apple ID's and so forth. Great job James! Would absolutely recommend this staff.

Everyone there was extremely helpful, energetic, and educated on all the phones. One of the workers there, Jasmine, was absolutely amazing. She made us feel like we could come back any time needed and was very personable.

The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs. I've been following the assistant manager at this store from the other stores he's been at. The other employees at the previous stores were just as courteous; it's just that when you find someone who you "connect" with you want to continue to do business with them.

Two Thumbs up for Jasmine! Came in with a less then 2 week old purchase of a Pixel 3a seemingly dead. She was able to get it back running and get me back on my way in no time flat. Speedy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more then that!
