My battery died in this really cold weather so I had to go get a new battery. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by two people. They looked up which battery I needed and then Mike swapped them incredibly fast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I traveled 3.5 hours here for my daughter's cheer competition this weekend and upon leaving the convention center my car alerted me that my headlight went out. With it being Sunday not many places are open and willing to help change it. Mike C went above and beyond to help me get a good set of bulbs picked out and replaced it for me! Now I can make my late night journey back home. Thanks, Mike C!

Auto zone is great I took my battery to get tested and explained it was okay just needed a charge that lead me to believe it was a alternator , the day before I had my starter motor replaced.

Waited for road service for 3 hours to change a flat. I call Autozone just before they closed. I spoke to Tia and asked if anyone there was interested in making a few dollars helping me with my tire. Kenny came to the phone and said he would be there as soon as the store closed. My car was across the street. Kenny arrived as promised and took care of my problem.Tia stopped by to check on us and also helped. Clearly not their job. Both were very polite. Road service never showed up. Thanks Kenny and Tia.

Great advice from Manager, Jason at the Livonia location on 5 Mile. He is very professional in that he is knowledgeable, helpful, and explains so that I can understand and that makes it so I can trust going again to ask him about advice on product for my car.

They put my windshield wipers on for me since I hadn't on this 🚗 b4. All employees are very nice & didn't tey & convince me to get anything I didn't need. Being a woman a lot of Auto places do that! 5 stars for them!!!

Went in because my car stopped working and Mr Lhary went above and beyond to assist me. He explained the different batteries, helped me find one within my budget.

Due to the Pandemic rules, they don't go to your car, but handed me the scanner and told me how to use it. They gave me a print out of the code I got and it had the most likely issue causing it. They also gave me prices on the parts that would be needed to fix the problem and warned me that they do not have it in stock and would need 2 to 3 business days to get it for me.

I had bought plugs and a coil at the Taylor Michigan location but returned them at the Livonia location. Turns out the coil I bought was a returned item from a previous customer and low and behold not even the correct brand. James at the Livonia store definitely helped me out. If you need parts or advice, this is the guy to ho see.

Customer service was Amazing…

App pickup is nice. They did email me and told me it was resdy but it wasn't. Who's fault was it? The app or the store? This should be straightened out for better service and speed.

I was driving down the freeway and my windshield wiper broke. The guy behind the counter on 4/29/21 helped me find the wiper and put it on. 5 star action from a 5 star man and store!!!!
