Elliot was great! This place is cool and I wish it was closer to me as I'm two hours away from them. Let's just say it didn't stop me from coming back 4 times to this shop! Things are very well priced, lots of accessories, ammo, firearms, and novelty items. I went in for a PPT and was helped out right away, they have plenty of staff to assist and I didn't feel any bias at all! While there, Elliott showed me another firearm on consignment and I was very glad he did! It was very well priced and let's just saw I couldn't resist and extremely grateful for the consideration and customer service I received that day. They all know their stuff there and it's too bad they are a little out of my way, I would not hesitate going back to do any business there though, they will have a customer for life!

Let me start by saying we had previously went to other gun shops and had horrible experiences and these experiences put me off wanting or going to look for firearms. Then my husband suggested going to Called2Arms. It was one of the best decisions we have made. I thought I was only going to make single purchase, and that is not the case. We have went back countless times for firearms or ammunition. The staff at Called2Arms is beyond excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The incredible employees that I have had help me are Alex, Eddie, and Richard to name a few. In reality every single employee has been great. They acknowledge you upon entering the store, even if it is busy they let you know they will be with you shortly. None of the employees are pushy with a sale, ever. If you want to look at firearms or just have a billion questions, every single one has taken their time with me and answering my questions. I'm a woman and they treated me the exact same a man. I'm happy with every purchase I have made because of the employees and them being so helpful. Every firearm I own has been purchased at Called2Arms. We have met the owner Jerry a handful of times, and he is very nice, super personable and friendly. He always makes a point to ask us even if we are be helped How is our day going? or If we are finding everything okay? I have called on the phone with questions and every person who had picked up has been attentive and helpful. I have been to this location over a dozen times, always a relaxed environment. Always clean and organized. I will and have continued going to Called2Arms and always look forward to the next visit. Imagine our surprise and excitement when we found out they now own the Gun Range (we are now members) One last thing, I'm happy I've had such horrible experiences at other gun shops OR we would've never found this gem of a business.

This place is awesome. Staff is great, extremely knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. You are not going to find everything here but for basics they are well stocked.

It's hard to find an FFL dealer that does not talk down to their customers.
The staff here will make you feel welcomed and are very friendly.
I just purchased an FN 5.7 last week and I got a free light with the end of the year promo going on.(Not the light same light in the picture)

Just bought my first firearm here and the dealers here made it really easy for me. The guys there are really cool and I would totally go back here in the future and shop.

Always a helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to answer questions on anything related to the purchase you want to make. They can provide information on anything from range to self defense and hunting ammunition and which type to use for your specific firearm. Highly recommend. The galactic empire approves.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve been to many gun stores and most have guys who “know it all” and make the customer feel like idiots when they have questions. These guys have always answered my questions and explained their knowledge in detail. I’ve bought 3 guns from them and I plan to continue to bring my business here.

Went in to buy my first gun today and the staff was very friendly! Unlike other shops that don't acknowledge you when you walk into Their shop! these fellas had great customer service from start to finish and had alot of knowledge about the firearms they sell and also the prices were great! Great store, EXCELLENT service from a gentleman named Alexjandro who was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Here from out of town and he helped me get all the gear I needed. I highly recommend this store. Not condescending and disrespectful like most stores I've been to including the chains who I will not mention but attentive and respectful. I even witnessed a 70 plus year old lady buying her first gun and the staff was very patient with her. 5 star gun store !!

My husband and I went in to inquire about owning our first gun. And the worker Jeff was absolutely amazing and so very helpful! He got us set up with our firearms safety test and gave some great advise and recommendations about what we were looking for in matters of defense. 10/10 will be going back!

Purchased a high end 9mm from these guys recently. The staff was friendly friendly. knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing was competitive or better. I enjoyed the process and will return.

Best gun shop in the SF Bay Area. This is one of the few gun shops in the Bay Area that actually gets new inventory for sale. The people that work here are all helpful and friendly. Also, and very important, even though our country is going through a rough patch and gun & ammo inventory is tight EVERYWHERE in the country, the owner of this store does not price gouge. He could easily sell his inventory for 25% over MSRP and still sellout, but he chooses not to. People should remember that should things ever go back to normal.
