I brought a very small custom personal wood project to Mr. Miller and he not only sat down at his screen with me on the spot to create an extremely precise template for my tiny wood piece and then completed it, but he also very kindly, personably and thoughtfully answered all of my many questions about the process and machines, his shop, and his own background. I highly recommend taking any engraving projects to Mr. Miller after such a great experience! He offers by far the best service around and provided a much more interesting “friendly neighborhood engraver” experience than some big shop.

Mike (and his wife) are AMAZING!!!.. They are very patient & kind, not to mention how talented Mike is. I had an old Navy bell from my father-in-law's days in the Navy. He passed away with a cardiac event in 1987, and my husband in 2014 with a Heart attack I didnt know what to do with his Navy bell, and thought how appropriate to donate to the place where I work, the cardiac rehab unit, to share in both of their honor, for the pts that have survived their cardiac events.I came up w a poem, and took it to Mike w this Bell. He did such an amazing job! He cleaned up the Bell, polishing & engraving it--and engraving my poem and placing it on a plaque with the bell!!! I am so impressed at his work, it looks amazing...And the price was VERY reasonable!!... Thank you, Mike...Now I can help educate those w cardiac disease and let them , " Ring the bell" , upon their completion of their success in the program, in honor of my father in law, and my husband. Im sure they would be honored!

Mike did a beautiful job engraving crystal champagne flutes for my son’s wedding. He helped me choose the perfect font and sizing for the area we had to work with. Plus, he got these ready for me quickly even though he had a huge job he was working on at the time. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your engraving needs!

I went to Ace about 9:30am on 9/22/23. The owner was nice and helped me pick an additional design to enhance the appearance of my tumbler. In 2hrs he texted me to say my tumbler was ready for pickup. I am very satisfied with how my tumbler looks. I would patronize Ace again whenever I have engraving needs.

I had a lighter engraved with the details of an old navy ship for a friend. The ship’s crest and profile Mike put on the lighter was so elegant and the craftsmanship so detailed that it surpassed any navy lighters that I have seen. Very knowledgeable, very straight forward, very respectful and fantastic to work with. Not to mention very good pricing, and very friendly service.
He sits down with you to go over a proof of the design and makes sure you'll be happy with it, and then is able to get your product engraved in a very timely manner!
