Michaels

I travel for work and was in the area of this Michael's yesterday. I had a $10 voucher to use and time to kill so went to this location for the first time. I frequent Michael's in many different cities and states where my job takes me. I typically wouldnt write a review but I felt this location deserved one. One main reason I choose Michael's over Hobby Lobby is because on average the employees actually provide customer service. I don't typically have much interaction with management but happened to ask my question about a product with no price, to a member of management as they walked by. I wish I had taken the time to ask his name or read his name tag. He was perhaps the store manager. He wore glasses. He seemed to be in the middle of something when I stopped him but took the time to hear me out, look up the item, gave a great price on this clearance item and even helped me with check out. After check out, I thought of something I forgot and he took even more time to show me the location after their most recent reset. This may not sound like much to some, but in this day and age, customer service seems to dwindle by the minute. This gentleman was personable and professional and really showed impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this location based on the service I received. A big thank you to the manager who took the time to help and was a shining example for your employees and brand. I will definitely be back when working in the area again!

I went into Michael’s today to get a piece of art framed, and Ronald was amazing getting our custom frame picked out! He was so fun to talk to and gave us so many options while being super transparent about everything.

I had an amazing experience at Michaels on Clinton highway. It's rare that I have the luxury of visiting an art supply store, and I had a super happy visit to Michael's. The employees were extremely helpful and educated me on several topics, regarding supplies recommended for a few art projects, that I had in mind to do. I accidentally grabbed an incorrect item and one of the employees went and switched it out for the item that I intended to pick, which was especially appreciated because I was recovering from an ankle injury and had just about exhausted my extracurricular mobility for the day. When I left I was happy and even had a bit of faith restored about the reasonability of the world today. I will definitely go back to Michael's again when I have some free time to leisurely shop for items for new art projects. Yay! A++

Pleasantly surprised. The super helpful store employee walked us to what we were looking for. Usually you can never find someone to help you.

I love this place they have some of the best crafting supplies here. If you are a crafter Michaels is the place to go.

We just had the most amazing experience at the store in the custom framing department. We walked in having no idea what we were going to do with the piece we had and Ronald was just a huge help. Not only did he help us pick the perfect frame, but he has to be the nicest person. Gave us great service. We really can’t say enough. Thanks so much.

Wonderful place to get your crafts! Please stay away from the OTHER craft store that doesn't respect your rights. As always, $!#% hobby lobby.

Love going to Michael's. Every time I do, I always find some good deals and great ideas for things I want to do. The prices are always affordable too. I make arrangements for the holidays and for decorating my friends wants and family resting places.

Always find what I need for my craft projects.. They had the right colors for my American Flag project.

I didn't even realize this location was here! I never go to Michaels because I don't like going to West Knox. There was so much to choose from and endless crafting possibilities!! I will definitely be a regular!!

A frame I got from a different Michael's was broken. When I called to see if this location had one in stock they were quick to go check and make sure it was in good shape.

When I arrived and brought the broken one they exchanged it quickly and sent me on my way. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person.

Love the new store. It a little smaller than Turkey Creek but still an Awesome location...

The store is easy to navigate and clean. The employees are really nice and helpful. We ran into a snag trying to use my vouchers but they were very friendly and we got it figured out pretty quick. They were very knowledgeable about the coupons and things like that. I learned a few things as well. We showed up just as a kids class was ending but the employee still let my kids participate. She was really helpful and great with them. We definitely plan on making trips to that store more often, especially for the classes and demos.

I only go there for the paint brushes really. But they are excellently prices for the quality they are. You have to sort through them some to find the right ones, but a great alternative to the very expensive model brushes.

Loved the order and pick up process!

Maybe a little on the smaller side from what I grew up around but I'm glad we got one on this side of Knox. A major point is it has some of the friendliest/ most helpful staff I've ever met that are willing to search high and low to find the obscure bits you need for your project.

First time visiting and will definitely go back. Lots of various items on sale which is always a plus! Great selection!
