We were sooo lucky to get Charlee as our designer for our dream kitchen. Charlee guided us through every step of the process, from the design, materials, and construction. She kept us in budget but with excellent quality and functionality. Her recommendation for using Summit Painting and Remodeling was a game changer. From demo to counter completion was 16 days! We know folks that have been working on similar projects for months, and every one of them was jealous of the quality. We installed windows, doors, sinks, faucets, counters and countertops, and a plethora of lighting! Thanks Charlee! Please understand…this was a free service and why would you want to try to do this yourself?

I can’t say enough about Kim at Kitchen Sales. She took us on after we were basically screwed over by another cabinet dealer. Kim came out within a day of our conversation, got us reordered and was constantly keeping us updated on our status. She took the stress out of our situation and the cabinets are beautiful. If we need any other cabinets, I won’t hesitate to call her!

Misti was great, she matched the color I was in love with, from a picture I brought her. Her design was great and she made it happen in our budget. I showed before and after photos. I am so thrilled and would highly recommend Kitchen Sales and especially Misti.

We just finished our kitchen remodeling job and Tina from Kitchen sales made it soooo easy!! She listened to what we wanted and designed it accordingly within budget. She found us an awesome installer and everything was done on schedule. We even had a small mechanical repair and they sent someone right out to fix it. When we finally decided to update our 15 year old kitchen, I was a bit apprehensive as we have not had good luck with contractors. Tina Holland came out to discuss what we could do to make the kitchen more open and “user friendly” with more counter space. It is a long narrow space so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Tina came up with a design idea that was not only on the lower end of our budget but it came out beautiful!! The contractors that do work for Kitchen Sales are very professional, do quality work and take great pride in the work they do!! If I ever do another kitchen or bathroom remodel, I would definitely reach out to Kitchen Sales! Thank you Tina & Roger!!

We purchased our new kitchen cabinets, sink, and counter through their sales rep. Although there were some things missed, what counts is how they corrected the problem, we can't go back, after all. The manager Art was very responsive, and worked with myself and others to get a fix that was satisfactory. It turned a negative into a positive, and I would recommend them based on their professional manner.

We loved working with Connie at Kitchen Sales! We have a small kitchen but we believe we were treated with as much importance and care as any other client. Connie gave us great suggestions on the design and never tired of giving us options so we could work within our budget. We never felt pressured on anything. Connie was absolutely wonderful and we actually miss her now that our kitchen is finished!

Misti was amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed to get the kitchen the way I wanted it. The contractors were great, on time and professional. She was always responsive anytime I reached out to her. She goes above and beyond for her customers. No regrets going to Kitchen Sales.

updated - my original post was two days ago. Almost immediately, the sales manager called us and apologized for the situation. He worked with us on getting the sink replaced at less than cost, as well as addressing the missing/ broken hardware. His team arrived this morning and had the sink replaced before noon. His efforts were above and beyond, and for that, I've updated my rating to the full five stars. I highly recommend working with him!

I want give ZERO stars, only Google won't let me. Our dealings with our rep have been unacceptable. In the spring of 2019 we started a bathroom remodel. Upon the recommendation of our contractor, we used Kitchen Sales for sinks, countertops and cabinets. We waited several weeks past what we'd been told for the countertops to deliver (delaying our completion). Our rep didn't order our laundry hamper, she insisted we'd never ordered it, except that we'd already PAID for it. She didn't apologize until we asked to speak to her manager and asked for a refund. Once installed, our cabinets were missing specific hinges to keep from hitting the walls - our contractor indicated they should have included with our order. Within two weeks of us using the sinks, some of the hardware just popped right out of the sink. One of our sinks is now scratched after less than four months of basic use. When my husband reached out to Kitchen Sales, the response was "He (the vendor)said the porcelain shouldn't scratch so I'm not sure what happened with the other sink. " No offer to come take a look or to see if something is defective. Our rep just completely blew off a customer's inquiry. I have to assume she doesn't work on commission, her behavior is astonishing. We didn't buy the top of the line product, as it doesn't make sense for our house, but we didn't buy bottom of the line either. The service at Kitchen Sales is abhorrent; our contractor is aware, and likely won't be recommending this store again. I'm disgusted.

Charlee was extremely professional, friendly and helpful with our new kitchen cabinet project. After receiving less than enthusiastic service from two other businesses, Charlee insisted upon coming to our house to measure our space in person. During the height of Covid she came masked and was very courteous. Charlee was helpful as we made choices about flooring and countertops as well. We had a few unforeseen issues throughout our kitchen remodel, but Charlee was always helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the market for new cabinets!

We worked with Angela Raines to design our kitchen, bathroom cabinetry, laundry room, desk nook area, and lower level kitchenette. Since we were building a house, the choices house-wide were overwhelming! Angela designed a suggested kitchen layout without even getting much detail from us, and her suggestions were almost all exactly what we wanted. If you don't know exactly what you want, Angela knows from experience what works best for most people, but of course comes up with the best kitchen for you with your input. We had some minor issues in the 3 years we have lived in our house, and Kitchen Sales has been great in taking care of them.

With the help of Angela Raines and her contractors, we redid a bathroom. We replaced the vanity, sink and lighting and changed the colors. I could not be more pleased!

Angela Raines was so easy to work with! She gave me my dream kitchen within my budget. I will definitely use them again!

Very helpful staff. Kevin measured for our large vanity. It fit perfect. Angie helped with design. Not pushy at all. Will defently use them again.
