APE Recovery

Had a great experience at APE Recovery. Was greeted by Victor who was super friendly and knowledgeable about what treatments would help me. Ended up using their infrared sauna and red light booth. They also have steam saunas, compression beds, cold tubs, and they are expanding. Pricing is great and the membership is almost a no brainier. I'll definitely be going back!

Incredible place for recovery! I am currently a boxer and have been looking for a place to help me keep my body intact and healthy and this place has been incredible for that. I put my body through intense workouts and the cold plunges here have helped my body to recovery for my next workout! I would definitely recommend this place for any anyone trying to compete or train seriously as an athlete for any sport !

Victor and Alex are excellent coaches and take care of me. I’ve been coming for months and it has completely changed my life. I feel like a million bucks when I get out of there. I know all I have to do is walk through the door and the boys at Ape Recovery will push me to do what I could never do in my own. 5 star rating all the way.

From the red light therapy’s, cold plunge, sauna, and other amenities. I am super impressed! Only paid $25 for my first session signed up for the unlimited package immediately!

Amazing place to bring our soccer players! My son trains 5 days a week often times more on tournament weekends and brining them here for muscle recovery, injury prevention, etc. it’s hands down the best. Best customer service, friendly, and they help motivate the players during the process. I ended up getting two memberships because we see the value in their services. Thank you Ape for welcoming my boy and soccer team. We appreciate yall!

Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I am extremely active in the gym and at work so recovery is essential. I’ve paid for chiropractors etc, but nothing compares to Ape Recovery. I’ve had injuries in my shoulder, soreness, inflammation, and back pain which has subsided. Victor is super respectful, professional, and knowledgeable at his craft. Definitely recommended to keep your body in tip top shape. Especially athletes of all sorts.

Absolutely the Best!! The staff is amazing! My son has been training 1x1’s 2x a wk and conditioning and OL/DL training so on the off days Ape Recovery gets him right and ready for the next 1x1. Thanks Ape Recovery LLC for ALWAYS getting him right! We lifetime members!!!

First visit for my daughter. She’s been having complaints about her shoulder and knees (volleyball player) and APE recovery was recommended. Victor is great in personality and education. This was my very first time trying a cold plunge and I'm glad I went to APE! Hit them up on Instagram and got a quick response of what to expect, they run a small but mighty spot. I put in a hard workout this morning. I spent a little while I the sauna first and then in I went to the cold tub. Thankfully, I was coached through my 3 and a half minutes because it was cold. Can't wait to see what this does for my recovery! Thanks APE recovery.

Victor greeted us as soon as we got here . Was very attentive to our needs and a stand up guy. Explained everything to us before we did any stations. We will definitely come back !

I had a great experience at Ape Recovery! They guided me through a full recovery session including full body compression, UV Sauna, Ice Bath, and Red Light Therapy. My body felt way better afterwards than it did when I first came in. Overall, 5-stars and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking better their health, wellness, or performance!
