The batch is in my neighborhood and we definitely feel fortunate to have it because everything looks so delicious with good quality. After dinner yesterday, I was in the mood for something sweet so I ordered a banana crème pie milkshake and it’s probably one of the best shakes I’ve ever had 🥰. I will definitely be coming again to try everything out. It’s also perfect for families because you can go ahead and play games near by or sit down in solace. Service was quick but hospitality could have been augmented.

Just added Batch to my ice cream tour of metroPhilly and the United States. Delicious ice cream, super creamy texture and strong flavor. Served at the perfect slightly soft temperature that lets the flavor loose. Terrific home made waffle cone too.

The spot also offers an uncommon type of milkshake; a boozy milkshake.

Eating ice cream is always a perfect choice in this chilly weather. There are many ice cream shops in town, but I chose this one to try. Me and my sister ordered 1 regular cup of chocolate ice cream and 1 dulce de leche. Their taste is great, the ice cream has a thick texture and is not too sweet. Besides, the staff guy was very hospitable and enthusiastically introduced the menu to us. I will definitely come back and put the ice cream shop on my list of favorites.

The ice cream at Batch is some of the best ice cream in the Lehigh Valley! Their ice cream is super smooth and creamy. It's the perfect texture. They have about 16-20 flavors of ice cream, and some of them rotate. You can get a milkshake made from any of their ice cream flavors, and they have alcoholic shakes as well. Their sundaes are the best thing on the menu though! They have signature sundaes with fun flavors, and my favorite is the Campfire S'mores (vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, hot fudge, and toasted marshmallow). You can also make your own sundae by selecting an ice cream flavor and toppings. The staff is very kind, and the location is awesome because it's inside the Downtown Allentown Market. There are other restaurants located there, so you can get food from one of the other restaurants and then get ice cream from Batch all in one stop. There is seating both inside and outside the market. There is no parking lot, so you can either park on the street or in a nearby garage. The 8th & Walnut parking deck at 777 W Walnut St offers free parking on weekdays 5pm to midnight and on weekends from 8am to midnight.

Great family and dog friendly spot with plenty of outdoor seating and beautiful views of the golf course. Ice cream and shakes were top notch!

Great new location by Sheppard Hills golf course and Foundations Tavern in Lower Mac. Handmade and rotating list of flavors and toppings. Cones, Cookie Sandwiches, Milkshakes and Sundaes. Good for kids and adults (Bourbon Vanilla was awesome!)

Went to the Hamilton Blvd location today… the BEST! Milkshakes and flight of ice cream (how have I never have a flight of ice cream?!) was a 10/10. The service was the cherry on top! The outside setting, especially for a nice summer day/night— perfect! New favorite ice cream spot

Truly the most delicious ice cream you will ever have. I would give them 6 Stars if I could. The owners are locals so we have to support them as much as we can!!!

The Alcohol Banana Cream Pie Shake was delicious. It was Made to Perfection 🥰 you can taste every single flavor and the bourbon 😋 I kept sipping it slowly because I didn't want to finish it lol I wanna go get one again tommorow

A great local place for ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and the flavors were spot on. The shop looked very clean and organized, and the people who served us were very friendly and kind. The coconut vanilla non-dairy ice cream was absolutely stellar. We will definitely be regulars after this!

We had Batch ice cream truck come out to one of the Allentown schools to surprise all of our amazing teachers for Teacher Appreciation week. The communication with the owner and his team was smooth, professional, and easy; we got to pick our flavors and toppings and had the invoice/contract ready in no time. The teachers and staff absolutely loved it! I have never gotten so many compliments on an activity for the school- Batch for the win for sure! Incredible team with incredible ice cream!

Phenomenal ice cream! Pistachios is out of this world- I have never had that many ACTUAL pistachios and not just flavor in the ice cream! Cold brew ice cream is so creamy and rich in flavor. Kids love cookie dough, strawberry cheesecake and mint Oreo! Seriously the best ice cream ever!

Batch has become one of my favorite stops to make when in the area. The seasonal flavors are always outstanding, and the shop itself is simple, clean and pretty! The customer service is always top notch and everything I have had is consistently tasty! I look forward for Batch to open a location just a little closer to me so that I can stop by more often.

Fantastic joint! Ice cream flavors are a great blend of classics and progressive options. The sundae combos are great. Everything was clean and they had cornhole in the eating area. The best part was the staff. Justin and Lane were friendly and professional. They came out and checked on our order and experience. We’ll be back. Highly recommend!

Great ice cream in an awesome setting. They have great sundae and milkshake options. Tastes so much better than other places where you are just getting mass produced ice cream. High quality and great customer service. Glad to have them so close by.

Batch is by far the best ice cream shop in the Lehigh Valley! They make new and fresh ice cream flavors everyday and you can really taste the real milk and true ingredients! The customer service is outstanding! The best part is, the owners are absolutely incredible and are best friends with bar 1838! It really is amazing to see the two families own businesses and work together!! Next time you’re out, definitely stop by the Allentown Marketplace and grab yourself some ice cream at batch & a drink at bar 1838 too! You will absolutely love it !♥🍻🍦

We had a backyard BBQ for our wedding at our house and hired them for dessert. The ice cream was excellent and so was the staff. Would highly recommend.

Was in town for business and had a craving for ice cream. There are a few other options I was going to try, but this looked better. It was definitely worth it! Has been added to my favorites and next time I'm here, I'll be going back. Ice cream was pure and rich. Great service and atmosphere.

Had an amazing scoop of ice cream from Batch at the downtown Allentown market. Even after I got Cookie Monster (indescribably good flavor) Manny, the owner, kept encouraging me to try different flavors, because you can tell how proud they are of their innovative ice cream they make on site. Would highly recommend even if you are not going for a flight of their 21+ Ice cream.

Was in the area. The campfire s'mores sundae was amazing and big. Could have been shared. The mocha chip shake was perfect enough coffee flavor and plenty of chips in a thick shake
