I had a wonderful experience shopping for ladies' apparel today. Ms. Judy Piccinini was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. I was looking for a women's suit along with a nice top, and Judy helped me find exactly what I wanted. As a selective shopper, I can be challenging to assist, but Judy did a great job accommodating my needs. She even brought different sizes for me to try on until we found the perfect fit. I ended up purchasing the clothes that I loved and had a great time shopping with Judy. Thank you so much for your help, Judy! I look forward to coming back to buy more of those cute clothes.

Had a great experience at this location. We quickly found ourselves in a situation that required assistance from the floor manager, Chris and customer service rep, Cindy. They were very accommodating, patient, and helpful. We will definitely be coming back

Maurice was incredible! My husband had less than 1.5 hours to get a suit for a wedding and Maurice arranged everything. He was both efficient and effective! Such a great experience!

Quality merchandise and very knowledgeable and helpful customer service representatives. Especially the lady in the shoe department. She was simply AMAZING.

Dillard’s has done a lot to make the store look excellent!! Loved the displays especially in the beauty department Kiehl’s branding.

Lots of excellent sales! Even though the mall is dead as a door nail, Dillard’s still has it going on.

Wonderful deals on clothes and, of course.A superb cologne selection. My favorite cologne is Armris. This is the place excellent deals on it. That's my opinion.

I needed a piece of jewelry- the lady at the counter was helpful and didn't scoff at my small budget.

Appointment required. Service is prompt and done in a timely and professional way. I love the owner/stylist way of listening to you concerns and williness to provide creative styles with ease.

The Dillard’s in Independence Center is very nice. We were doing some very last minute Christmas shopping and the staff in both the men’s and women’s sleep ware were helpful, and personable. Even though it was right before Christmas, they still had nice items on display and the different sections were well stocked. You aren’t allowed to carry items from one section to the next while you shop without putting them on hold, back on the rack or purchasing, so keep that in mind if that would make a difference to you

I always enjoy “window” shopping at Dillard’s. Inevitably I find at least one item I must add to my life.
This time it was a fun pillow. The staff had to find the price since it was hidden inside the cover.
My sister found a wonderful bed spread. She thought about it and went back the next day to purchase. We were both happy with our finds.
Everyone was friendly to us even as we meandered through.

I always find what I’m needing whether it’s clothing, shoes, handbags, lingerie, makeup, perfume, jewelry, housewares, or something for my husband or daughters. I’ve shopped here for decades and find the quality of service and merchandise excellent.

I took my Elderly Mother to go bra shopping there. As her son, I was not sure how we would do.
Alisa R. took her around looking at different styles and answered all her questions and helped her in the fitting room. She spent a good 30 minutes with her. She was exceptional.

It was extra nice getting the personal service, as Mom used to work at Dillard's decades ago. She left happy.

I don't really shop at Dillards unless I'm buying gifts for older family members or in need of business attire- prices are just too high for my taste and it's not really my style. I did run in here to get a new bottle of foundation for my Grandma after she dropped and broke hers. The woman at the Lancome counter was fantastic. I didn't know the shade but had the broken bottle, she took out a dab of the old makeup and matched it against every shade she had until we found the right one! She was very nice and helpful to me and knew what she was doing.

I haven’t been in here in so long! I was happy to find the things I needed!!

Service is excellent! The store is well maintained and the staff is very welcoming. Just purchased a new suit there and will be back!

This store is maintained beautifully.

I love that place. The place takes me way back to the eighties and the nineties. I mean it's not dated. Everything looks really good. But it just takes me back to the days of going to the mall and hitting the big dept. stores. Is I highly recommend

Its Dillards. So nice to be able to go to an upscale department store and find everything your looking for at a great price. We will continue to shop here

Store associate went out her way to help my wife find a dress. Shay said it was her first day. My wife and I were very impressed.
