Lush Cosmetics Chestnut

Had an amazing time at Lush today with Alli today. She made the shopping experience so much fun for my family and I we almost didn’t want to leave. Thank you lady’s for providing my mom with an amazing Mother’s Day experience at your store and we will definitely be back!

I love this Lush location! I threw a birthday party here for my nieces 14th birthday and she absolutely loved it!!! The staff were so kind and engaging, they really made my nieces special day a day to remember! Thank you so much!!

My daughter had her birthday party here with a handful of her friends and had the best time! All the staff is wonderful, sweet and welcoming, you can tell they were even having fun with the kids.

Any business that donates part of their proceeds to ease the suffering of oppressed people can take all my money — thank you Lush!!

My boyfriend and I came in here 12/15 around noon and the two retail workers were soo nice and helpful. We were able to find what we were looking for and then some. Hoping to come back soon

Today (Aug 1) was my first visit to Lush. What a great experience. The lady at the front desk was excellent. She was super sweet and knowledgeable about the products. Even gave us some free samples. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Staff are so nice here! Came in with my children and they demonstrated a bath bomb and some other cool, bubbly products for them. Also gave me tons of time and info when I asked about their shampoo and conditioner bars (so cool! no plastic bottle needed!). Staff gave me samples and I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. This is a small store and they pack a ton of stuff into it. Nice, ethical products.

I was here for the first time. I am generally neutral towards handmade cosmetics. But passing by, interest arose, and I entered. To be honest, I completely changed my mind and now I will be a regular customer of this store. The smells were very impressive, and indeed the products are very interesting.

Great, knowledgeable staff! Totally helped me select items for my husband when I was so overwhelmed by all their options. Their stance on being cruelty free is what got me in the door, but the dreamy quality of the face wash and cream (skin drink btw - go buy it right now!) is what will keep me coming back. I wish I had grabbed the young lady's name who helped me (all I know is she was 31 and works at the Chestnut Hill Mall location) because she truly went the extra mile - gave samples, suggestions, and all the info!

I luv this place, everyone is so helpful & no sales pitches. I love their products, with all natural ingredients, I enjoy the demonstration, & smells that won't overpower you, unlike their competitors shops that I have to run past not to absorb the different odors... or their agressive sale tactics. Always a must visit when at the mall.

Love this LUSH! Living in Boston, I have 4 stores to choose from and I always go to Chestnut Hill. The people and experience are always so welcoming and great. Generous with samples and informative with products. Can't say enough good things about this store. Jess, Donovan, & Jocelyn are the best SA's but they're definitely all great. If you like to treat yo'self, go here!!

One of my favorite cosmetics stores. In part, I love it because of the staff who will listen to your wishes and advise on the product.

Fun, fragrant soaps, shampoos and bath products. I got Karma and Figs and Leaves soap for me and a giant bubble bar for my wife.
