I called and spoke with Veronica as we were in need of 8 gallons of shampoo for a non-profit event helping the homeless. She was so kind to assist us by phone and to ensure that she left it up front for us.I want to say thank you to Veronica as her customer service was superb.

The place is like a candy land for ladies!! They had so much for nails, lashes, jewelry, wigs, and so much more! The ladies who work there were super helpful and even help me find my perfect pair of lashes🥰 I’m definitely going back for more especially since they’re $4 dollars

Wide selection of hair.. You get lost in the store with all the items.

I’m like a kid in a candy store when I shop here. They have everything you need from lashes to socks. Marina, Shan and the rest of the staff are all extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly. The staff is also knowledgeable about the products they sell. Great place to shop. I highly recommend.

Ask where is their nail items. The cashier ask what exactly was I looking for. I needed to repair crack in my nail. The salesperson ask to see it and then shared how I could fix it with something simple from home. Both were quite friendly and helpful! Will be back! Just sorry I didn’t get their names for a proper thank you!

The braid sheen spray I bought on Thursday wasn't spraying properly. I called up there and explained my issue and was told I could come and exchange it. Owner was nice when I came in, gave me no issue exchanging the spray (even though I had thrown away my receipt by mistake).

Staff is amazing and quick to help and prices are always right when I go. The wig and lace front selection I'd out of this world! Always a dedicated customer when I'm in the area from now on!

I just moved to Houston , and I found this spot close to my Houston.This place has everything, I roamed around for about an hour it’s an awesome place it’s my new go to place. The customer service is amazing as well. They don’t follow you around.
