I just wanted to taken the time out to say how nice my latest visit was with my son here. This is my sons favorite place. The food has always been good but the service has ALWAYS been lacking or nonexistent. This visit was perfect. Our waitress, Kimberly and her trainee, were perfect! The manager also made several rounds to make sure that all was well. Great job by everyone!

Brought my 83 year old mom, out for lunch.
Everyone is so friendly and even accommodated us to have a booth. We got the daily special, with a couple of sides and shared. The food was yummy and mom was always wanting to give hugs. The staff was very nice and so was mom.

Our waitress KD was absolutely phenomenal, providing top-notch service with a warm smile and attentive demeanor that made our dining experience truly special. She expertly balanced other tables while ensuring our every need was met, and her knowledge of the menu helped us make delicious choices. We can't wait to return and request her section again - she's a true asset to the restaurant!

Went to celebrate Father's Day and my birthday. Want to send a great big "Thank You" to our server, KD. She was amazing! I've never had such good service before. She took our order for 5 and didn't write it down. All the orders were correct! Not crowded at all. The food was hot and amazing as well.

Staff was kind, friendly, attentive. Food was great, timely- we ordered the classic burger and the Tilapia. We went especially for the Tilapia, it did not disappoint. The endless bread appetizer was incredibly indulging!!

First time there. We went for the fried mushrooms and they did not disappoint! We had so much, we took it home. Everything was delicious, service impeccable, staff looked happy to be working there. We will definitely return!

First time ever at a Cotton Patch and in Wylie, Tx. Food was so delicious, our waitress Katie was so attentive and delivered superb customer service with her honest recommendations.. Katie made the experience extremely enjoyable. The manager walked and asked about our experience. I was impressed with the quality control aspect as most places have gotten away from this. I’m happy to see that Cotton Patch in Wylie understands that excellent customer service is excellent business

Maryjane was our server and she was super nice and helpful. I would definitely come back just for her! The food and drinks were good too!

To enhance atmosphere to 5 star, management should fix the one of 2 out of order sinks in the ladies room and turn the Giant Neon Cotton Patch Cafe on inside during open hours. If it's broken fix it. It's the BRAND LOGO.

Went to Cotton Patch for lunch with a couple of my kids this week. I haven’t been in several years because, I had forgotten what good food they had. Chicken Dumplings were just like moms, sides were fresh and all was hot. Service was the nicest young lady and she seemed to really enjoy her job. Our drinks stayed filled and she made sure we had bowls for take home leftovers. Our little ladies group has another place to go to lunch.

We’ve never been disappointed at Cotton Patch in Wylie, TX. Our food is always excellent. Our waiter, Jeremy, couldn’t be better! And, even the manager will stop by our table to ensure everything is perfect. We couldn’t receive better customer service.

I’m an old country boy who was brought up on country cooking and I had some of the best cooks in my family. So 5 stars all-around. Cotton Patch in Wylie,TX keep up the great food and excellent service!

From the time we walked in the front door to the moment we left, everything was great. The server was excellent. She was very attentive and yet it was like she was barely there. The food was delicious and hot and served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and even the manager stopped by our table. We look forward to visiting again.

This was the Bomb 💣💣. Finally I go to a restaurant and they have what I've been craving it's some homemade American chicken and dumplings, it brought me back memories my first bite and the okra was good and a loaded potato was good to salty though. I recommend five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the taste, however I give it a one ⭐ on how They chose this type of bowl for chicken and dumplings to think your getting a lot but your not. It's one cup. Not cool. At least 2 cup minimum. Overall everything was well.

We love eating at the cotton patch on Sundays after church!! 5 stars Everytime Katie is our server she's the best you have to get her in order to have the best cotton patch experience.

Such an amazing place to eat! everyone made me feel so welcome and like I was at home! The management is so sweet and made sure my family was taken care of!

Stopped here for lunch. The staff was friendly and the place clean and bright. It was not busy and my server, Ava was over right away. They serve comfort foods that are a little different. I ordered the Brisket Tacos and they were very really good. I would recommend you try the Cotton Patch Cafe next time you're in the neighborhood. Thanks Eva and keep up the good work!

It seems management has changed at our Wylie location. Food has gone back to being good, arriving quickly and overall pleasant dining experience. We have made this one of our go-to places (again).

Server Ashley is amazing. She was friendly, positive, and accommodating and helped us share my husband’s special birthday!

Waitress was weird... but she got orders for 10 people right! Plates were brought quickly and were loaded with tasty food. My friend is still raving about the grilled flounder on rice! A definite addition to our places to eat list. You might want to check the menu before going though, if you have dietary restrictions. One of our party has to be really picky and she didn't find much to eat.
