Barbara and I visited from Asheville. We were looking to buy a chandelier and some accent lighting for out newly renovated home. After a VERY negative experience at Stokes Lighting (you can review our experience on their Website).
We were fortunate to have met Ms. SHARON at Ferguson's. She was so patient with us, especially since we had literally no knowledge or experience with lighting choices. She spent almost an hour with us listening to our questions and showing us all the styles we were interested in. She Nailed it! We made our purchases, and she made it so simple. Awesome job by Ellen helping me match a bisque seat for an older 1998 Kohler toilet K4607/SPK3KDC. Perfect color and size match. She felt almond was too dark and bisque was the color I needed. Great eye for detail for Ellen!

I cannot say enough about the customer service here. I stopped by in hopes of finding a replacement cartridge for my leaky kitchen faucet. It had been installed by our home's previous owners, and I didn't know the brand or even where it was purchased. Ellen helped me track down the manufacturer and get the replacement parts I needed at no cost under warranty. That is amazing service!!! Thanks so much!

Beautiful displays of everything you could want for your kitchen, bath and lighting needs. Customer service is top notch. Kimberly sat with us and looked through books until we found exactly what we wanted in our price range

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and many different options to chose from. Wide variety of prices. Very nice showroom. Large display of lights, single vanities, toilets, bath tubs, kitchens, mirrors, faucets, and hardware. Complimentary cookies and spring water. Worked very well for the kiddos while we handled business.

We have just left Ferguson Company after purchasing a beautiful sink and faucet set. We worked with an amazing staff person named Jeremy. Unfortunately, I did not get his last name but he was patient and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain what we had several questions about and did not rush us to make a decision. We think you have rare excellent staff person here that could be entrusted in leadership. Both my husband and I are medical professionals and appreciate great staff when we see it. We will be back as we are building new construction and we're just updating our existing house to sell. If Jeremy is available, we will probably use your company for many of our custom construction needs. Thank you!
