Excellent customer service from Joey and Ron at MIG RV. We were coming to pick up a camper from two states away and they made the entire process smooth and quick. Very responsive and courteous communication. The deal was worth the long drive because of how well we were treated. Keep up the good work guys!

First, I was delighted that this dealer would very quickly agree to work on my class A Chassis issues since I have a proprietary Tiffin Power Glide Chassis. They scheduled me in a week during Christmas week. Upon arrival, I was surprised that their computer had accurately listed all widely diverse issues recorded from my initial call. So check-in was just a simple confirmation. Then we went out to the RV. Dustin went far, far above what I expected after video confirmation of my present coach appearance. He assisted me in removing my towed F150 and carried the bar back to my truckbed for me. I had very specific things to be done on my RV and brought a number of raw materials along like a synthetic NLGI#2 Lithium Complex grease for the Chassis lube job and Dexron III for a Power steering leak. He took that and other materials into the RV without even being asked. I hope the maintenance effort is as conscientious as the check-in. I often dread leaving my rig with anyone other than Tiffin in Alabama, but I am now excited to have a large, capable facility in my home state of Ohio.

Purchased our first RV trailer from Scott and Joey. They made the experience very easy and provided excellent customer service. Had the jack break on me right before our first trip. MIG of Troy has been amazing to work with. Because our car can only tow a small dry weight they worked hard to find the perfect RV. Although we were not able to find a match they suggested another dealer that had what we needed. The fact that they went out of their way to make our future adventures possible iis much appreciated and a reason we would go back in the future.

My husband and I started looking at travel trailers a couple months ago and found MIG troy. Joey was a great help in showing several different models and answered all of our questions (being this would have been our 1st camper). We looked at the sunset 16bh, but after alot of research we decided to go another route. Again, MIG of Troy is a great place and great people! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
