Fries were hot and salty. They had strawberry and cream pies that were not under the warmer all day! My Wilkes-Barre McDonald's need to step up with the pies.

Very impressed with the young man at the front counter. He hustled and motivated everyone. And he was not the manager,but just a front line order filler.

Quick service at the drive-thru. My burger was hot and juicy..

Inside is very nice with built in touch screens with tons of games and activities. Very nice couch.. furniture. It was redone awhile back. Self pay rock screen machines, they are huge.... the food you hasn't to specify fresh and hot or you will not be happy.. they do have some issues with making the food exactly as ordered.. my kids and like what we like.. they mess up the order. Put what we said not to put on it.. if we are paying, should it not be how we like it?? Be fresh and hot??! You'd think so! I've had to take food back in many times. It gets annoying. We go there way less now...

Called to ask if they could make an exception and let me place a breakfast order for my brother who is a veteran who was in the hospital and this was all he asked for on this Memorial Day! They not only did it, but had it ready for pickup when we got there!!! Much appreciated by the veteran receiving it🇺🇸

It was overall really good; my only complaint was the fact the fries were cool when they came out. Mcdonald's any day over BK!

Every employee from the intercom to the end of the drive thru were so polite and accommodating, our food was excellent and everyone was so friendly. The manager for this establishment knows how to train and run an excellent staff

There is always going to be something disconcerting about table service at Mickey D's but what can I say both service and employee happiness seem to have improved 100 told following this renervation. Touch screen ordering is most convenient. And the new seating is darned comfortable. It takes a lot to make me want to rate McDonald's 5 Stars... But they accomplished it.

Went in and was offered to use the kiosk ordering system. The gentleman helped us, and we were thrilled to learn you can customize your order any way you want.

One drawback? Limited diet selections. I wish they had the freestyle machine.

Would rather eat here then at most McDonald's in the area. Never had an issue with my food being wrong or cold.

I don't eat here often at all but in a pinch its easy for a quick meal. You can order your own food now with their touch screen machines which makes it really nice.

Didnt get the only full combo that was bought. No large fry or drink.

Always great service here. The food is prepared as the picture and the food is always hott. This location hasn't disappointed me yet🙂 i ordered the 4d spicy chicken deluxe.

Good burgers and fries for grandkids and myself. Unfortunately no ice cream available that day

I love bringing my step daughter here and letting her play her heart out in the play place the food is normally hot and correct. Haven't had many issues at all with this location.
