Typical McDonald's food with typical high NY Thruway prices. Seemed to be low on staff but those that were there did a good job of keeping things moving. Will likely stop here again on our way through the area.

Really thankful for being open that late, 1:30 am. Mr Den make it even more unforgettable

Service is always good, Food is fast and hot, But when I called Person who answered was a little rude. But all in all Over the last year one person Does not dictate the great service I've had overall

Prices are a little high due to it being at a truck stop but the workers are very patient and service is right on point. 24/7 is always great too.

And all honesty McDonald's will always be McDonald's terrible source of food when you're hungry and there's no other options this location at the Travel Center was quite expensive when you're used to going to a regular McDonald's stores the prices vary but at the Travel Centers I noticed things are extremely overpriced for instance cheeseburger was $5 wow french fries were $4.59 for a small not so many options so I use the McDonald's app luckily they still acknowledge the McDonald's app at the Travel Centers otherwise I would have to pass

Just wanted to share an excellent expierence with Lidia here. We had kinda of a special order with "a pounder" sandwich. It took a bit of extra time but she let us know that they were making sure the sandwich was right and it was gonna take just an extra minute. Sandwich was great! Very well made. Rest of the order was correct. She later came out and asked if everything was ok and comped us some apple pies.
Excellent food for the Mcds, location was clean and staff was very friendly

Prices are a bit higher here but it only took about 1 minute to get my food so I can't really complain. Staff were very friendly

We pulled over this Service area, nice and clean, and plenty of space to eat and besides McDonald's other options as well.

A Very busy location in a thruway rest stop but food was still good as was the service despite the number of customers.

After I nearly died on that NYS thruway. A high octane, high calorie meal was just what I needed. 😋

This location gave me the most amazing fries yesterday. Hot and perfectly salted. Truly excellent.

Very courteous. I asked for fresh food while ordering, and wasn't given an attitude like some of their other locations.

First time at a mcdonalds in upper state New York. So much better than what you get in Canada, and different menu items is s treat.

Thanks to excellent staff like Britney and Connor, this McDonald's should feel proud of themselves for their excellent customer service. Will make it a point to come back.

Love this McDonald's. Stop here all the time and they cater to truckers with a nice discount too. Staff super friendly. 😊

The staff here is very friendly, the food is great to, just a typical McDonald’s, nothing really to say about it.

I could be tired and hungry from driving but I think this is the best McDonald’s burger I’ve ever had. Seriously so good!
