Matt arrived at my house 8 am on a Sunday morning. My daughter needed rear brake shoes on her car. He was very professional, had the job done quick and didn't leave a mess. He also went above expectations and adjusted the E brake. I've worked on many makes and models of vehicles for over 35 years and I'm not so young and able anymore. I enjoyed "car talk" with Matt He knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him.

Matt at Materz Auto Care was very accommodating, got me an appointment right away and even came to my location. He even gave me three options on my parts as to what would be the best brake pads and rotors for the best price/warranty coverage. Brakes were done in no time and drives/stops great!!! From now on I won’t take my car anywhere else, only to Materz auto care, I highly recommend these guys if you need automotive work done!! A big thank you to Matt & the Materz team!!

I had Matt come out last week to work on my husband's truck. He replaced the part that broke and I wanted to replace more than needed for preventative maintenance and Matt said I didn't need them. He saved me a lot of money at this time and appreciate his honesty. I will use his services in the future and highly recommend!

Matt does an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He finished my job in less time than expected. I plan on calling him the next time I need a repair. If I was broke down on the side of the road or in my drive way I wouldn’t hesitate calling Matt.

I was soo stressed out (in tears) about my alternator because …..I need my car to go to work. I found a mechanic online that was willing to travel to me ….Thank God!!! I got the part and he showed up at the time we scheduled. He even had an assistant. They were both very professional and polite. I have an older Mercedes SUV so my alternator is really down in there😐. He fixed it. The warning light is off and I’m back rollin again🚗 Thanks Matt

I called maters auto care asked for some pricing on the valve cover gaskets on my car they quoted me a price in a very timely manner gave me a appointment was on time and came to my work and did it while I was working and was 350 less then every other repair place…. Very satisfied with my service car is running great .

Replaced brakes about 4 months ago. Did it for about half the price a local chain store quoted. Has even reached out to ensure we’re satisfied with the work. Recently had an issue with minivan not starting. Matt made a house call, diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. Takes pride in his work and ensures customers are satisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say! I travel for work so whenever my check engine light popped on I panicked. I couldn’t get in any where for at least a week. I called and he got me in the same day literally 10 minutes after I called I was dropping off my car. Exceptional service, he was in communication with me not only about the check engine light but he also checked my other systems and fixed those too. For the service and price you can’t beat it, will only be using him in the future for my car problems because he was amazing!

Matt was able to get my tuck in same day! Needed brakes and rotors on my F550, Dropped it off in the evening and picked it up the next day! He also knocked out my rear diff service. Highly recommend him for anything automotive. Great to find a local doing good business.

Brakes wore down on a Sunday morning. I called around a few shops that were open, and was quoted anywhere from $1200-$1500 for the job. I went and bought the parts for replacement for $365 and decided that I needed more professional help to do the job. I came across Materz, and pulled up to Matt's shop within 10 minutes from calling him at 2 PM on a Sunday afternoon. Try getting any other mechanic in the St Louis area to do that....it just won't happen. Matt immediately got to work and had all 4 brakes and 2 rear rotors replaced within 2 1/2 hours. I would put his mechanical knowledge, work efficiency, and professionalism up against anybody. I can proudly say that I now have a personal mechanic that I will be using from here on out on all of my vehicles. All in all, I estimate that Materz and Matt saved me at least $500-$700 on the job on my BMW.

Hey, I contacted Matt to install an ac compressor. I'm glad I did. I've used other mobile mechanics in the past but Materz has been the best. He was professional, showed up on time and got the job done in about two hours. It would have taken me all weekend. And his price was very reasonable. I definitely will contact Materz the next time I need help.

Matt did a fuel pump replacement for my 2002 Toyota Highlander. I was impressed with his response time in communication and scheduling. Mostly though his integrity with doing the job right meant much to me.

This mechanic is fantastic! Needed a new starter, and Matt was able to work me in that very morning. Super professional, went over all pricing and even thought ahead pointing out another part fix that saved me time in the future. As far as pricing goes, you cannot ask for anything more and if you want him to come to you, his travel fee is incredibly reasonable. I will be sending all my friends his way.

Matt by far is one of thee best mechnanics in the area, knowledgeable & is a good friend. His experience, follow-ups to issues and detail's to issues cover a vast variety of reasons why I come back always. Most noteable thing is he does is he drives and trouble shoots beyond what a computer can do.
If anyone id trust wether buying a new car, or looking over a project it would be Matt and his crew.
