Firehouse Subs Ocean Springs

Love their sandwiches! Ladies working hard behind the counter getting orders out quick. Make sure you have few minutes to wait cause this location always busy. Order via app for faster to go orders.

Glad to see a Firehouse in Ocean Springs one of the best subs around! Steak and cheese was awesome and staff was on point!

First time trying this new location and it was excellent. Manager and Asst. Mgr were both working behind the counter ensuring that everything was running smoothly. It was lunch time so we had a bit of a wait, but our subs were very fresh and hot when we got them. Flavor and quality were on point!

Amie the manager is absolutely incredible. She remembers you’re name when you come in. She makes sure you’re getting your sandwich exactly how you want it. She goes above and beyond I’ve seen anyone around do for their customers. Im always bummed when I come in and she’s not there because she is such a bright and nice face to see! Keep it up and give that woman a raise!

Our first time at Firehouse Subs. The food was EXCELLENT! Service was AMAZING!

My husband and I are addicted to this place, we are probably their biggest regulars! The only little complaint I might come up with is that I don’t like dining inside there.

I think the Ocean Springs store is great.
The staff, cleanliness, and food all exceed expectations.
However, not due to this particular or any actual stores fault, I will never set foot in or spend another penny at Firehouse Subs.
This all boils down a horrendous experience I had dealing with corporate customer service concerning their terrible app.
I apologize to the franchise owners, but I'm sorry, due to Firehouse Subs parent corporation, you have lost what until now was a very loyal customer.

I got the philly cheese steak with garlic bread. Was so so good!!!

Quite a bit pricier than I am used to paying for a sub sandwich , but worth the Little extra money!!!! Had the Steak and Cheese brings that it was my first time going there and also Lunch time on a week day didn't want to hold anyone up !!! You may think that it's because I got the steak and cheese that that's the reason it was kinda expensive, but honestly that sandwich was one of the cheapest on the menu !!! They support a worthy cause, so again it's worth paying a bit extra, instead of it going to some corporate fat cat

We have finally gotten a Firehouse Subs in Ocean Springs. This is the second one I have eaten at and it was quite good. I had the 12" Italian on wheat. The food was fresh. The service was quick and efficient. I had a pleasant visit.

GREAT Staff and good food

I was having trouble ordering through door dash so I decided to go grab it. I called me order in and was able to walk in give my name and my food was ready. They are super friendly and quick service with service if you call in!

Ordered 2 subs, they were a little busy, 5 min. and BOOM subs in my hand, employees all did a good job.

Even though it was extremely busy the subs was excellent. It's been a while since I've ate at a firehouse .But extremely enjoyed my sub

Absolutely loved it. Subs were excellent. I personally got the Firehouse Club on a Sub. The place was very clean as well.

Staff is always on point and the food is tasty

Sandwiches are delicious, manager and staff are so on top of things and super friendly, and they have a Coke freestyle machine for all of your desired beverage machinations
