Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today we drive to the United States from Canada as part of my 55th birthday celebration which was today. We planned to have lunch at Chipolte in Watertown NY. We walked in and I was gamefully wearing a 55th tiara my husband gave me. I asked if there was a seniors discount as it was my first day being a senior. I was told no. When we got to the cashier the woman said “happy birthday it is on us”. My goodness my faith in humanity was restore. A complete stranger knew what a treat it was to drive there to have our lunch as our closest chipolte in Canada was 3 hours away. Thank you for he wonderful birthday treat, our lunch on you. The restaurant is defiantly improving. The prices are a bit much for what you get but its defiantly delicious food and they have some very friendly workers. We all have stressfully days that can definitely get to us special in the food business but theses guys are doing great and I hope they keep up the great work and keep on improving, and I will continue to give those workers a thank you each time I come in to get my food. They get quite busy in the day around 1130 for lunch and very busy during dinner time around 530 so I always try being understanding if it takes a second for someone to help me with my order or if its takes a little longer to get my online order I know they are lacking workers(manager told me) and are doing their best. I really hope these guys keep on improving and ill continue eating there as well

AJ took my order and I shared with him that I’m quarantined and I haven’t had Chipotle in years because they don’t have Chipotle where I was stationed. He personalized the order and wrote a nice note. Best welcome ever Thanks AJ!!!

This was the best customer service I've ever received at a Chipotle... I placed a really large order that took over an hour to complete, and this team was so friendly, quick, and made the whole operation a blast! Amazing work Watertown Chipotle, highly recommend stopping by if you're around the area!!!

The food is great as always, but I want to highlight the staff's willingness to work around my kids' dietary restriction. I can't praise this staff enough on how gracious they are, despite the hassle of changing gloves, getting different cheese and other ingredients, and washing spoons, all to avoid cross contamination. You folks are wonderful. Thank you so much.

The food was good. Unfortunately, they ran out of some options. But the staff made up for the shortcomings. The young man was very friendly ( sorry I didn't get his name), and he tried his best to make up for the food shortage.

To whoever was in front of me in line today, it was YOUR behavior that made me feel really bad for everyone who had to deal with your entitlement. Why is the line long? Because you couldn't be bothered to look up from your phone while you backed a line out the door. Good job and we'll done. Not. Then you had a temper tantrum because the woman making your food can't seem to express to you that she can understand you mumbling and pointing, as though she's supposed to be psychic. Then you get to the point where most of your food is prepared and you simply throw up your hands Lea ingredients a woman to throw out two whole bowls of food. Seriously ugly, stupid, and overly entitled. I took your TWO bowls of food rather than have her throw it out. It was fantastic. Next time, as a customer, Suck LESS.

This was our second attempt with Chipotle (our first was when they originally opened in the area) and we were much more impressed this time around. I had a burrito with some sort of marinated chicken, and it was delicious. I was tempted to eat the whole thing at once, but I knew I couldn't so I saved it for later. My wife had a salad, which she also enjoyed and (had enough for seconds later).
Portion size was good. For both of our meals and drinks it was around $30 USD, which *is* steep, but considering portion size, was good.

Been coming here for food dates for at least the last year and it's never been disappointing. I just went here last week and got one of the best burritos I've ever had. I'm very grateful to the crew for the care they take to prepare the food and keep the restaurant clean. One of the members has been working there for 4 years and he's without a doubt a great joy to see every time I come and he's on shift. The store is consistent and friendly. Thanks guys!

Always busy but always delicious

Great service, and filled my bowl.

If you're looking for food so fresh that there's a good chance you'll find a bay leaf then Chipotle is the restaurant for you. What's also great is their app. All of my favorites have been logged and saved so if I craving my fix of Chipotle I don't have go through the tedious process of customizing my order every time. Anyone that says they don't like Chipotle is either crazy or just a seriously picky eater.

First time I ever stepped into one. Went for the new plant based menu. Staff was very patient and helpful. Got a burrito it was very good and big. Made 2 meals out of it.
I'll go into another. I liked it.

I haven't eaten at a Chipotle Grill in a long time, I forgot how tasty it is!
The only complaint was that the girl that made my wife's bowl forgot to offer beans, mixed up the mild and medium salsa, and gave her way less of everything than what I got. Still, we didn't get through all of our food.

Love Chipotle. It is mostly 5 stars every time.

If you can, order online, they are almost ALWAYS busy. But the staff handles it very well (inside they are panicking in sure). Food is good, sometimes it's a miss, especially with delivery, seem to get smaller portions with delivery. But it's good food still.

Staff is always courteous and acknowledge your presence. Even when they are busy, never a long wait for food. Quality of the food is outstanding. I really like that they have changed the order pick-up to be easier. One of my favorite places to get food from.

Very polite staff that helped walk me through the process. Went for a PTO fundraiser for our local school. The food was awesome! Even my picky eater loved it! We will definitely have to go back.

Every time we move we look for a restaurant that will be our lunch home. About once a week I take my (homeschooled) kids, and we sit and read and do some schoolwork while enjoying lunch out. We moved to Drum this past summer on a Thursday. I was super excited to go to Chipotle because there are none in Alaska. By Wednesday of the next week, when I walked in for the third time, the staff knew my order. Since then we have loved our meals there. Such a great group of people, and they are always interested in what the kids are reading/doing. The food is amazing, but it is the staff that makes this place super special!
