So the property manager was doing a walk through and noticed that my lock out of position. It was locked but the slide was not in the locked position. The door to my unit was not secured. He opened the unit to make sure everything was OK took a picture and closed it. He called to let me know that I need to fix the problem. I am so grateful for his professionalism. I don't think that any other place would have done that. I'd recommend this facility to anyone just for this reason.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Our lock got put on wrong ( our fault ) and we were unable to get there to change it. The manager ( Mike ) cut that one off and changed it. Very patient and understanding. If I ever need to rent storage again I will definitely go here. Highly recommend. HIGHLY!!!

Storage rental of America was very helpful as I'm moving from one house and buying another house put in between finding another house so I have to put my stuff in storage but the service I got was amazing and very helpful to me knowing that my personal belongings will be safe and secure and ina security storage unit

The manager was extremely helpful with getting my lease signed and set up over the phone. I rented the unit online and within 30 minutes I was contacted to complete the reservation. It was a smooth process start to finish! Thank you for your help!
