Dwight at Dorman knew what we wanted (specific year range Toyota Sienna) and found it and kept it affordable for us. He was wonderful from start to finish and beyond. It was immaculate. When it only came with one key fob, he had it mailed to our home and scheduled our local appointment to have it programmed. Dorman and Dwight were so wonderful to work with. We highly recommend them!

Charles was very professional and has a wonderful personality!

He was more than willing to help us after hours, which we did not want him to do. He did exactly what we asked and even provided extra information. Very nice, professional young man. I had an awesome experience with Dorman GMC in Dunn, NC and their service manager Reynor Weaver as I was seeking a second opinion about a supposedly identified needed repair to my vehicle.....timing chain replacement. I contacted Dorman after taking my 2017 GMC Terrain for service at another GMC dealership and spoke with Reynor who provided a price quote for the repair and I made arrangements to take my vehicle to Dormans for them to confirm the need for the timing chain that was asymptomatic to me...no check engine light, no codes, no rattling noise, etc. The previous dealership simply told me that they "heard a noise". Long story short, Reynor and his shop manager completed a thorough diagnostic on my vehicle with no findings and recommended to not do anything to my vehicle. They saved me thousands of dollars and a headache just by being HONEST!! Needless to say, they have a new customer. I highly recommend this family owned business. Reading the reviews is what made me decide to contact them. Thank you Dormans and Reynor for having integrity.

While starting our vacation, our GMC pickup truck broke down 3+ hours from home. We were near Dorman GMC and limped our vehicle into the dealership. Raynor Weaver, in service, stopped what he was doing to assist us. Unfortunately, we had internal engine issues that Dorman GMC could not start to repair for at least a week. However, Raynor contacted and made arrangements for us at the local Chevrolet dealer who was able to expedite repairs within a few days. We are most appreciative of Raynor and his associated team for assisting in getting us back on the road for our vacation. Although being a drive-by customer, he treated us like family. Kudos to Raynor Weaver at Dorman GMC!!!

I was in a bind while driving long distance to FL for Thanksgiving. I needed assistance from a dealership the morning before Thanksgiving, and I couldn't wait all day. The service department and all their employees, especially Reynor, were absolutely amazing and truly saved the holiday for us. I don't ever go to Doon NC but if I did, I would use and recommend Dorman's GMC to everyone! Thank you so much, truly an experience I'll never forget.

Great experience overall. No typical shady dealership antics. Straight forward buying experience where I didn't feel like the salesman or finance manager was trying to push anything on me. The service writer treated me great with consideration for the situation. The mechanics are very genuine and professional. This is my new favorite dealership. It is worth the 1 hour drive from home.

They were friendly and efficient. They didn't overcharge on msrp. They looked for incentives we qualified for and honored them when most dealerships aren't. They got us in and out quicker than I've ever experienced when buying a car yet were very thorough with the contract.

Mr. Robert my salesman was very nice, patient and really took the time to explain all the BELLS and Whistles! Eddie was there to guide me with all the paperwork and warranty info. he had a great personality and made the process as quick as he possibly could! I upgraded from a 2003 to a 2021 Yukon! There IS definitely a lot more features on the new one BUT I absolutely chose the right place to purchase @ Dorman in Dunn, NC! IF you are looking a new vehicle check them out! My husband and I bought a new family car recently from Dorman. This was the best experience we have had at a dealership. They were all very kind, respectful, patient, and honest. They all truly seemed to be there to serve others. We have no negative opinions about the Dorman dealership and recommend others to go there for sure.

Excellent service! I needed the A/C system in my CTS repaired. Dorman was the first dealer service shop to give me a no-nonsense estimate for the repair and nothing else. The customer service was superb. Their communication through the entire process was clear, thorough, and timely.

I took our church van in for potential mechanical issues and the service received was outstanding. Easy check-in and diagnostic work was completed in a very timely manner. I was honestly informed there were no mechanical issues (inspection completed) and I sincerely feel I underpaid for the time and effort the service dept. spent on our van. 1st class operation. Robert was absolutely great , no pressure, very patient. Good deal on truck , went through all features of truck even after dealership was closed . Paper work was quick and easy . Robert was very knowledgeable about there autos there features.

Though I did not purchase my 2020 vehicle here(I purchased out of state). They were able to fit me in on short notice for my first oil change and tire rotation. They did an exceptional job!! The staff were all smiles and courteous. The young man who brought my car to me when the job was complete was very nice and knowledgeable. Although I live in Fayetteville, I will be returning to Dorman's for all of my vehicle's needs. Check them out, they are right off 95.
