Very friendly staff. They had the maintenance parts needed for 2520. Cost was surprisingly reasonable for a genuine JD part. I've frequented the Troy and St Charles locations. This was my first visit to this location. I'll be back to this location.

It was time for a new lawnmower. I went in to look at the mowers available. Chad helped me. I had an idea of what I wanted and chad helped find my perfect mower. So much better and smoother then my old one. Thank you!!! Tammy

Have used john deere @ moscow mills Purchased a 5075E from Aaron and today it was 6 degrees and it started with just the glow plugs love the tractor and a perferfect utility for farm thanks

If you want to just purchase Stihl products you will get poor service, be told that they’d have to pay for shipping to special order items, and then recommend you talk to Charlie’s Farm and Home to get what they don’t want to bother ordering. I’m sure farmers buying new tractors get great service, but bottom line they care about commission and not customer service.
