Kristin Grey is an employee that Verizon should truly appreciate and cherish! I had dropped my phone in the ocean and lost it forever. I had no info or passwords and she jumped in putting me at ease. I not only got a new phone but Kristin sat with me to change my plan to save me money. I walked in hopeless and with Kristin's professionalism and kindness I left a very satisfied customer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thanks Kristin for your help all while having a smile!!!!

My store rep, Kristin Gray, was awesome! She was able to lower my bill even though she ended up adding more services to my account. She also set me up with home internet. Thank you Kristin!

When arrived door was unlocked and silent alarm going off when entered. Shortly after worker came shut off alarm while talking to her Manager on phone. Office was actually closed, but she still attended my needs of prepaying my Verizon bill. She went out of her way to attend to alarm and help me with services. Like always costumer service workers at this particular store are great friendly people eager to help their customers

The young woman who helped me went way beyond my expectations. At my age technology is sometimes confusing. She explained beautifully and clearly thank you!!!

I have been having trouble with my cell service and my bluetooth for months now. I had made numerous attempts to deal directly with my service provider to remedy the problems but to no avail. Today, I went into the Derby Verizon Retailer and was served by Kristen. She spent a great deal of time with me and attended to every problem. She reset my bluetooth so it now functions properly and at the proper volume. She solved my wifi calling issue. She explained the limitations of my cell access due to the proximity of the Canadian signals and the type of plan in which I was enrolled. I am returning tomorrow to change my plan.

Good customer service coupled with product knowledge is quite difficult to find these days. Kristen provided exemplary customer service. She was also exceedingly competent. I will recommend Kristen to any of my friends who are struggling with cell issues.

If you are her boss reading this review, she deserves a big raise!!!

We had a great experience with Tabby! She was incredibly thorough and helped us get all the deals we could. We went in for just a new phone plan and left with half of my Christmas list completed for half off everything pretty much. The atmosphere was chill, we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything, and we felt like everyone actually cared about their costumers. Which you don’t typically see now a days!!

I was on vacation up to the NEK, when my Samsung Flip malfunctioned. The team here at NEK Verizon not only helped me through the process, but graciously offered me a loaner phone to help me get through the rest of my trip, uninterrupted. Their willingness to provide outstanding customer service is a bright spot during a very stressful time. Thank you for all that you do in serving not just locals, but us out of towners too.

The phone that we got recently are perfect, it has awesome features compare to what we used to have. The service representatives makes us feel very welcome and they are so helpful with everything that we need to know about the products that we purchased. Definitely Verizon products and services is way better than our old mobile carrier.

The staff makes you feel right at home. They are super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about mechandise, plans, tech support. It's a very well rounded store.

Phone wasn't working. Sales gal was able to get it working. Then I decided to get a new phone now rather than wait till closer to the date my phone would no longer work.

These people at this Verizon store are so awesome with their service!!! I have had many issues and they have fixed them.i will never buy a phone or product from any other store
