Pearl Vision's staff are very polite, very professional, I was greeted immediately upon entering and they are experienced in high quality designer Eyewear frames. I told Laura (so kind) what I was looking for a gold frame with wide lens and immediately she was on it!! She brought three gold frames and I was so satisfied with all three but, decided the Tory Burch pair. She discussed all the different lens very thoroughly making my decision easier. I highly recommend Pearl Vision ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌸

My sales associate was kind patient and got my glasses to me in 4 days. She was awesome

They fixed my old glasses so I could wear them while waiting on my, excited to get, glasses.

I wanted to use Medicare benefits to purchase new contact lenses. I had gone to several locations but no one knew how to access the benefits. I called Georgetown Vision and they knew exactly what to do. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I could get what I needed. I wished I had gone there first. Excellent service!

Very short visit to get prescription filled. It was like they read my mind for frames and options on the lenses. It was thought it might take up to 2 weeks so I was very pleasantly surprised that they were ready in just 2 DAYS! Wonderful experience! I rate them 10 out of 10 possible points. They will have to settle for all 5 Stars.

I have been a Pearl Vision customer, at the Wolf Ranch shopping Center in Georgetown,TX for approximately 10 years.

The store is extremely well stocked and maintained. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never received a bad pair of eye glasses from them.

I broke a pair of glasses trying to adjust them myself. Clearly my fault. Pearl Vision honored the guarantee and quickly replaced them. Great customer service!

The best place! I have had the best customer service experience here, since actually picking out my glasses and taking my sweet time, to the two separate times I myself have hurt my glasses. The warranty is a must, I scratched my lenses and they fixed them right up! Second time I broke an arm on my frame, and I got an entirely new frame! They even were sweet and patient while my babies came in the store with me!! I’m super grateful to Pearle Vision! Trust me, don’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Birkmann and his team are absolutely the best. I had a little issue with my eye and they fit me in right away as a new patient, checked my insurance and had me in and out really quickly. The front desk ladies were so sweet, the doctors assistant was professional and the doctor himself was thorough and really nice. I appreciated them fitting me in same day! Highly highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait. They got me right in. The Dr. took the time to listen and answered all my questions. I ordered new glasses and they came in early! That was a great surprise! I highly recommend them for all your needs!

Jasmine was amazing, it was my 1st time getting prescription glasses, she was personable and knowledgeable.She helped me choose my eyewear that best fit my face . My eye glasses arrived sooner than I thought and she taught me how to care for my glasses and adjust the nose piece and earpieces to fit my face. I totally appreciated the patience and time she help me feel comfortable with my new amazing glasses

All aspects of my Pearl Vision experience were fantastic. The exam side went smooth and the eye doctor was very informed and helpful. The eyeglass side was efficient and fast. A great experience overall.
