What a nice, quiet little campground. The spots are fairly level and good enough to work with. The pond seems to be stocked pretty well because kids were pulling fish out every evening. Access is pretty easy but they have a little bridge that can be a challenge if you have a long rig. Our pickup and camper is about 50' long and it was pretty tight. Also, the little bridge has an 11 ton weight limit which is 22k pounds. Our pickup and travel trailer come in at 19k lbs at the Cat scales. Better weigh before you come!! We'll certainly stay again if we come out that way.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were booked to a nearby RV park, but we couldn't make the drop into the entrance with Class A pulling a trailer. We canceled that reservation and found this gem Same-Day. Site was very beautiful, clean, yard workers there when we were leaving.

Fish pond great for kids and a nearby creek. Offer 30/ 50 amp, water, Picnic table in fire ring. Fire wood sales there as well. Only 10 minutes either way from Natural bridge or Nada Tunnel. Rest stop around the corner to stage/connect or unconnect trailers if needed.

It's so peaceful and beautiful! The sell wheelbarrows of wood for only $20. Two Wheelbarrows lasted 4 days so it's a lot of dire wood. Bathrooms are clean, water in the first shower was hot enough...didn't use the second one.

A pretty, quiet and simple camping park in a convenient and lovely spot. Very pet friendly. People seem very nice. Nice bathrooms/shower facilities for camping. They are continually improving the area with a camp store in the plans. Great place for little ones to learn to fish.

Stargazer cabin was perfect for 2 people and 2 large dogs. The campground was clean and had great open space. The cabin could could use hooks, shelves and towel racks . Storage was limited.

This campground is great! Alan, the property manager is a fantastic guy. They deliver the wood right to your campsite and they are very hospitable. Clean showers and bathrooms, plus wi-fi, with fishing available in the pond on site. There's also fishing at Mill Creek Lake just down the road. Thrillsville underground kayaking and zip line is very close, as well as Miguel's pizza, Subway, and the road that takes you into the Daniel Boone National Forest for some daytime adventuring. Centrally located and very affordable. Ready to go back already.

Very quaint campground with water and 50 amp service. The staff is very nice and this is the place for relaxation. No sewer so be dumped before you arrive.

Nice place. As they stated bath hut is super old. would be perfect if they put in a pool. They have room across from cabins.

Great location, close to food, tons of great trails, easy check in, quiet, but terrible bathrooms and showers.

I've read the negative reviews left for this camp site. People get over it, it's a campground. You didn't sign up for a four star resort. The dog does not belong to the owners of the campground and it did not cause any issue the entire time we were here.
As far as the owner's coming out and talking to you on the stairs, it's their house. Would you let people walk into your home to register for a campsite?

What a bunch of Karen's!!k

We stayed at star gazer cabin. It was great, and we had a wonderful time. Centrally located to anything we wanted to do. The owner's were more than helpful anytime. We had a question where needed anything. We had such an enjoyable time we worked an extra night. I would suggest it, but remember. It is a campground, not a resort.

Love this camp. Staff is helpful and friendly, and .ost of the sites are in the shade for a good portion of the day due to the surrounding hills.

We had an amazing stay. The staff (especially Cori) were very helpful and accommodating. The Southern star cabin was clean and the bed was like sleeping at home. We had a blast fishing in their well stocked pond. The scenery was beautiful and they are centrally located in the middle of all the beautiful activities.

Great staff, nice sites, and convenient location! Prices are reasonable, if not lower than surrounding campgrounds. And you can buy wood by the wheelbarrow! They have cabins but I cannot comment on them as I was at a site but I hear they are nice as well. 10/10 would recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing! What made a great experience even better though was the staff. ALAN and GREG have been more than helpful and caring of our needs. I didn't expect a campground setting to feel so much like a friendly, family atmosphere.
I felt very safe with them driving to do checks for firewood and to ensure everything was okay. They were both so nice and genuine people. It's rare to find that anymore.
The camp setup is very nice as well and the pond was incredible. My son caught his first bass and it was huge! It was an experience he will never forget.
We will definitely be coming back here often! This is our new camping home away from home.
Thank you for making this the best birthday ever for my husband and best family vacation yet!

Greg definitely took good care of us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location to explore the Red River Gorge.
