If I could give 6 stars, I would. I worked with Pete from Rainbow and it was a great customer service experience. He was prompt to answer my initial call, patiently walked me through the process, and started the work immediately. Throughout the process he acted like a "general contractor" and went as far as to speak with my insurance adjustor directly and met with her on my behalf when I couldn't be there. Beyond the customer service, the work they did was fast yet clean and the entire team was highly professional.

The guys at Rainbow were professional and provided quick service in an emergency situation! My kitchen and dining room flooded from a faucet overflow. They worked with my insurance and helped me find someone to remodel the kitchen. Everyone was super knowledgeable, and they communicated well. I was given an update every day.

When our basement flooded late one night, Pete, Jeremy, and their team were there late that night until the early morning to help us. They cleaned all the water, identified mold, dried out our basement, and put us in contact with the right people to restore it. They were straightforward to work with, thorough with their process, and excellent to communicate with. While I never hope to have an event like we did, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the job. Rainbow is genuinely the best of the best in our area, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Our all-house water filter split and put about 2 inches of water in our mostly finished basement. Jason, Danielle, & team were prompt, kind, courteous, and very professional in getting our contents wiped, boxed, and out of the house as quickly as possible so the cleaning could happen more easily. Afterwards they returned all my cleaned items in beautiful condition! What a great company with which to work! I highly recommend Rainbow!

Pete and his team showed up within an hour of me calling. Pete was quickly able to determine the extent of the damage and explained the mitigation process to me. He and his team arrived to our home the next day and didn't leave until the job was completed. The team worked with our schedule to come back over the next several days to take readings and kept us updated.

10/10 recommend rainbow restoration out of State College, PA. Pete and his entire team are the kindest, most empathetic, considerate people I have ever encountered. They made a really bad situation ( basement flooding ) easy to navigate. Pete was readily available to answer any of my questions / concerns and never left me waiting or anxious. The inspection, demolition, clean up, was so fast. Pete took such quick action against the mold to help eliminate any potential risk to my family. We are forever thankful for Pete and his AMAZING crew. I would encourage ANYONE to chose Rainbow Restoration, they will not disappoint.

We had a toilet/sewage back up and overflow that ruined the bathroom, and dining room below at one of our rental properties. One call during Christmas week, and they were out here within an hour, cleaning up and drying out the floor boards, drywall, and ceiling below. They were extremely efficient and courteous, and also helped me through the insurance process. The tenants that live in the property raved about the service they received, and all of the people they dealt with from Rainbow. I would absolutely recommend them.

If you ever are in need of a company to help restore your damaged home, I cannot recommend Rainbow International enough. Pete and his guys were awesome! They were professional, kind, fast, answered any and all questions that I had, and did GREAT work. Having a flooded basement was zero fun, but dealing with such a great company made it much more bearable. They checked in frequently to make sure things were going ok. The communication as a whole was outstanding. If you need help with flooding, fire, or mold, this is the company that you HAVE to call.

Excellent, prompt, thorough service. Pete is top-notch. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. They have been accommodating and flexible with our payments as well. Tons of help through a difficult time.

Pete and his crew were super helpful and took care of all of my basement issues when a water line burst. They were lightening fast and efficient. Justus is a gem! I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately for us, we have had two basement floods in the last two years. Fortunately for us, both times we called Rainbow to come and take care of the water damage. The first time, we had a sewer line backup into the basement and significantly flooded half the basement. I foolishly thought I could clean it up myself and 5 days later my basement smelled like a toilet and I called Pete at Rainbow. He and his team were professional, calm and thorough. They cleaned up my mess, which included cutting out and replacing wallboard, carpet and cork flooring. After they left everything was back to normal. Needless to say when we had a much smaller flood when our water heater broke, I called them right away and Pete and Mike were just as professional, but at least this time I had not made things worse by trying to fix it myself. These guys are great and I highly recommend you call them if you have an issue with your home.

I work for a property management company and have found Rainbow to be the best restoration company. We have used them for fire restoration & water restoration. They respond quickly to what you need & work hard and fast to get the job done. They explain the process & update you throughout it. Unlike other companies we’ve worked with, their work is quality & they aren’t just there to collect as much money as they can from insurance companies. I would highly recommend calling them if you ever need to!

This is the outfit to get if you need their services. Pete, Mike, Donnie, Allen and Tom work together as a team in an efficient and purposeful manner. No question is too minor for them to answer. They come in and attack the issue with resolve. Their attitude seems to be "whatever it takes" to get the job done well and correctly. What they did for me has made me one of their biggest fans.

My parents found that they had mold in their attic due to faulty roofing work and poor ventilation.
Rainbow was professional, courteous, and timely.
