For a long time our whole area had a lot of trouble with our mail delivery, but I'm so happy to say that seems to be a thing of the past. For the past few months we've had a mail carrier that is the absolute best! She is friendly, kind to our 2 barking dogs, and can always be counted on to deliver our mail. Today she drove the length of our mostly plowed, but still snowy driveway during a horrible snowstorm to deliver a package to me. Still had a smile on her face and her usual upbeat attitude. This woman is amazing. Please, please , Stillwater Post Office... this woman deserves a raise. We need to keep her around.

Always had kind service at the desk and deliveries

I wish my postal person would stop leaving my stuff on the porch all the way in the corner so they are ruined by the elements --- cant you leave them under the awning by the other door that I clearly use as the front door !?! SOOO frustrating always having wet packages !

Ever call the 800 #? Get ready for a treat. You'll have 2 bald spots from the clumps of hair you pull out of your head with both hands after you've already thrown your phone. I just wanted to report something very simple. And I couldn't even do that. Someone should call though between 4 hours and 4 months from now.

I’m so tired of that girl at the post office with a attitude of a . Never mind that’s not very Christian of me. I’ve lived here for just over a year and heard so many bad things about her and let it go in one ear and out of the other. When it affects my grandchildren that get treated like the dirt under her feet, why is she still there? She is not a friendly person that should be dealing with people. If you have to keep her for some reason, stick her in the back.or have her shut her mouth and do her job.

Horrible service. The postmaster speaks to you like you're utter trash!
I get told by the postmaster who said she herself delivered the mail last thurs and she "knows she didn't put my package in the wrong box"
Ok but the tracking number says it was delivered and I never got it.
She then says to me, "well it's your word against ours and I didn't make a mistake"
Ok so you're calling me a liar?

They have lost my packages countless amounts of time and the staff is rude and nasty to you. They talk down to you like your trash. Worst postal service ever.....

Inconvenient hours for working people and they do not deliver packages if you have a long driveway and there is even a dusting of snow on the ground.

If I had Office hours like these people I would be losing my mind
