Good morning and the food was delicious will be otw to the food store

First of all, the gal working there hit it out of the park with service. Warned us she was making new crinkle cut fries for us, so it'd be a hot minute. Get it? I can't get over her kindness though. For sure going to stop here again for food when heading to a Brewers game.

I had arrived late with not half an hour before their dine-in was closed, with a bunch of coupons on top of it all. They weren't rude about it at all and in fact did not rush my family and I while we were eating or after. We left a few minutes later but the staff was polite the whole time. I enjoyed ringing their bell of appreciation and did not expect their unison thank you, which gave me a chuckle, and when my nephew did it they all were prepared to say thank you. Great place, I would definitely go again. The food was good too!

It Was the best service and the food was perfect. The place was clean and nice.

Called to order beef for Christmas again this year & of course it was a big hit!!

Service was excellent. We received our food promptly and they made sure I had a fork for my loaded Mac and cheese which, by the way, is freaking awesome!

One day I came into this arbys and ordered a lot worth of food and I couldn’t take it to my car alone when a worker (his name was ayden) offered to help carry it to my car (it was -20°!!) and I said he didn’t have to he still insisted. this YOUNG gentleman deserves a raise and a promotion it’s the best service I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE

The guy at the counter was very friendly and awesomely cool! Another woman (Ginny?) cMe around to check on folks. Great experience amd friendly restaurant here. They make you feel at home!

it's hard to understand why this Arby's is not busier, it's always clean, there's never a line, and the food is always hot and good. And having just returned, I can say nothing has changed

Haven't been to Arby's since normal times, actually seemed a bit better than I remember. Forgot that they have decent shakes too.

It's a friendly atmosphere. Nice location. Quiet and friendly place to eat. Definitely Improved with service, and the management team. Will go here again to eat.

Arby's in Cottage Grove, WI. Classic beef sandwich, apple turnover and small cookie for very reasonable price and quickly. Place is neat, clean and well kept.

Love love the employee's here there so nice and do a great job! By far the best Arby's around.

The old favorites are the best Beef And Chedder and the Giant Roast Beef with lots of Arbys sauce.
