Tea Madame

Nice little shop, and wonderful tea blends. Their Earl Grey type blend is wonderfully balanced; bold and moderately astringent, citrus is a little muted, floral and fruit aromas are forward but not overpowering. Will be buying a whole pound next time I visit. The Paris is also really good.

Parking is tough but the shop is cute and the lady operating it is a sweetheart. She uses a fan to waft the aromas over to you and it was pretty fun. I insist that you check it out if you're thinking about it. It will be a good time. Her tea blends are delicious.

Best hidden place for loose-leaf tea, I am seriously impressed! First visit, I bought the Goji-Pom-Strawberry tea, blackberry tea, rose tea, and my boujee ceramic Mermaid cup ($30) with the filter included. 🔥THE GOJI-POM-BERRY TEA IS INSANELY GOOD.🔥

A friend gave me some tea from this place and a part of me had been reborn. These teas will lift your spirits and warm your little soul into the deep of Winter. The teas here are like a health potion, it builds you back up and helps you focus your energy calmly and with joy.

This shop in Lakewood has every flavor tea you can imagine. All their teas are unique and REALLY flavorful. I haven't loved tea this much since childhood with my Nana.

The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. They have lots of fabulous flavors and everything you need to make your perfect hot drink!

Love this place! Has the best smokey Oolong teas (the fruit teas are really good too). This store is so beautiful. I love coming here to restock.

Best Jasmine Tea I have ever tasted. The quality blows everything else away. I have tried every boxed tea, and a good number of loose jasmine teas on the west coast and this place makes you realize what quality tea should taste like. On top of that, the staff is patient, friendly, and super knowledgeable.

Their teas are very high quality. We are completely hooked! We have tried their herbals, smoked teas, early grey, green teas, and plan to buy more for our road-trip. Excellent gift idea for anyone that enjoys tea. They also have a good selection of For Life brand mugs and teapots.well worth the price for quality.

I’ve lived near this shop for forever and only recently it caught my eye! I’ve been missing out! We drink so much tea and this place has so much variety! Also it smells really good in the store! Staff is friendly as well! Definitely recommend stopping by!

Lovely shop! All your tea needs. Quality teas. A vast selection for all tastes. We're so lucky to have several handy loose tea shops on our area. Tea Madame is definitely one of my favorite two! Introduced my sister to them this last week. She loved it!

The best selection of Rooibos teas in the area. LOVE Gold Mountain such a great spicy tea. It tastes like autumn.
The green is also very good.

Staff was helpful but polite enough to give us time to browse alone. Once we started asking about flavors she was very knowledgeable about all of the different kinds they had, more than happy to give recommendations, and incredibly helpful explaining the taste of some of the ones we were interested in buying. They allow you to order online and have tea shipped to you, or order online and go into the store for pickup which is a great thing to have for those trying to be safe but still wanting great tea.

They sell a few different flavors in packages they put together in store, or you have the option to choose one of their many flavors and tell them exactly how much you want of it and they will create a custom size bag for you. Wanting to try a new kind that you aren't sure about? Order just a small amount to try. They have your favorite kind? You can go all out and get a lot at once.

The tea is SO incredible and reasonably priced but even better is their customer service. I am a novice when it comes to tea and not once did I feel embarrassed at my lack of knowledge. They went above and beyond and gave me many options and let me smell as many as I wished. Their employees are wonderful and enthusiastic.

I got their Creamsicle and it is DIVINE. It tastes exactly as it smells. Definitely will be back!

Update: After experiencing the first cup of fresh tea paying for premium tea leaves rather than over the counter tea bags did not disappoint. The caffeine experience is different than a cup of coffee subtle and balanced rate how it affects you.

I first encountered Tea Madame at the annual Victorian Country Christmas and, every year, I return for more of their wonderful tea blends. Sadly, this year there will be no VCC with its beautiful Christmas atmosphere but, I survive the cold months by drinking their teas. So, I went online and found them in Lakewood and Sumner. So, since I was heading to Lakewood anyway, I decided to stop by.

The shop was easy to locate and fully stocked. The service was friendly and prompt. I now know where to go for some of the nicest teas available. They also have all of the equipment and settings for a wonderful gathering for tea with friends.

I stopped in and bought a few teas for my trip home to Tahoe. The daughter of owner was so knowledgeable of all the teas. I absolutely loved her recommendations. I’m glad I found her online. I never thought in a million years I’d be ordering loose leaf tea online but I just loved the flavor and effects of the teas I bought !! The idea of a teabag just doesn’t do it after tasting the freshness of the loose tea. So glad I stumbled upon the tea jewel of a store.

The lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful when I was selecting both a green and black tea to use in brewing kombucha. She knew her stuff, that's for sure.

All in all, it's a cute little tea shop. In every way, it's what you might expect a tea shop to be. Bright, clean, full of great smells, and an amazing selection of teas to choose from.

Very friendly staff. At least 100 varieties of tea with a wide range of scents, flavors, and textures. Nicole helped me choose some great teas for a gift, when I had very limited information about the recipients flavor pallet. She was able to masterfully guide their selection and assemble an order for me.

I always have the best experience coming in this shop! Every one of their teas do not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend!!
